After reaching out several times to there main branch the worker who answered the phone without a clue what to do in this situation, he took my number and supposedly gave it to a supervisor who never called back, I called on 3 different occasions. I went to their website and left a message and the return message said they would call back. HA some rich guy collecting money from customers and not even keeping his word on calling back his paying customers. On top of that I told the manager at the Livernois branch the right cleaning arm was not working in the car was for months. I had paid for their top of the line service, which included the cleaning of both the interior and exterior . The seats were still dirty, and the console was dusty. I ended up cleaning stains on the upholstery (which I thought they'd include in the interior cleaning) by following a YouTube protip: foam shaving cream, scrub brush, damp cloth. Got rid of the upholstery stains, and the marks left on the doors and console. Seriously: save yourselves the $20+ and DIY.

They had four main options for auto services, and I went with the 2nd highest price option of deluxe at $10. It involved an initial rinse, soap, polish and a spot rinse. Plus I added the extra dry option for $2. It got most of the crud off the car. The air blower was forceful (so much so it ripped a piece of plastic trim beneath my windshield off which was loose). The extra dry wasn't worth the extra $2 as it still was dripping as I left. Overall it did the job. Some hardened on bird poop stayed in the window but most of the dirt came off on the truck body which is what I wanted. The weather was cold, otherwise I would have saved the extra few bucks and washed it myself. I don't mind the self serve power wash other than I don't always keep cash on me to break change (I did not get out to see if they take card for the self serve but most don't). Nothing stood out as excellent but hey, it's a car wash operated by machinery so not sure what more to expect.
