Nobody is perfect, but we, like Jesus are supposed to love & accept people as they are & pray for them, but NOT let them change the rules of what's right in GOd's eyes & wrong according to his book. There is something going on all day and every night. There are programs for new & old people, happy & grieving people, and people thinking about becoming Catholics. As the song says, "ALL are welcome in this place!" Our members are a very diverse group. I have friends from South Africa and England, as well as Puerto Rico and Canada. We have lots of snow birds deciding to join our parish! The sacrament classes are enriching for the parents as well as their children. It is a beautiful modern church with many classrooms, an industrial kitchen and large meeting spaces. You can choose from 5 different Masses to attend. I like the 12 noon Mass. I serve as a lector and an Extraordinary Eucharist Minister. It is the best thing I do all week. There are many positions for all who choose to serve their fellow members. I love the feeling I get when I walk into the church and see everyone on Sunday! You can choose to be a part of the - choirs, pre-school, Knights of Columbus, Columbiettes, greeters, ushers, teachers, Life-Teen, ALPHA, or start our being a praying member until you find the right fit. Just come and meet others like you, as we are all striving to be the hands and feet of Christ, as we journey back to Heaven.

However, if you want to try a church that truly tries to love GOD, and love their neighbor, this just might be a good fit. bubble study classes run from big to small, depending on what your preference might be. The 9:30 service has a great praise team and band. The 11:00 service has a 125+ member choir and 25+ member orchestra that blends traditional hymns and more contemporary praise music. The preaching is spot on, sharing truths from the Bible, stressing compassion for our hurting world. FRC even have a wonderful chef who cooks Wednesday night dinner, often for more than 250 people. I like to visit the coffee lodge for lunch where I can get a smash burger voted best in Forsyth County. Again we aren't perfect, but who is?...oh yeah, that's WHO we worship.:)
