We needed a new roof but had to wait to have the money to go ahead with it. They gave us a quote that was great (we ended up having three companies come out). We ended up going with them. The price they quoted us stayed true to what we ended up being charged. Which is amazing! That doesn't happen often. The sales team was very quick to call us back and answer any question we might have. The contractor that oversaw the job gave us his cell phone number and checked in with us any time there was something that popped up that was unexpected. He also was available to us 24/7! Even after the job was done, one of the air thingy's on the roof wasn't sealed and was leaking a little. They sent someone out that day (the first day of the last hurricane!) Fixed it right away. The best part was that we had to just have a wind mitigation done for our insurance company, and it had to be through another company. The guy who inspected our roof said that they did an awesome job. He said where normal roofers cut corners, they went above the requirements from the state. He said that our roof passed inspection with flying colors. I wanted to wait for a few months to post a review, just to make sure that nothing popped up and didn't go right, but after the inspection today, my husband and I are so pleased. I paid close to $7,000 for this job, expecting peace of mind. Less than one year later, my roof is already leaking, and I now have damage inside my home. This is completely unacceptable for work that was supposed to last years and still be under warranty. I contacted Sun Coast Roofing to resolve the issue. A man did come out to inspect the roof and confirmed that the roof was still damaged and said they would "do something about it." That was over two months ago, and since then, I have heard nothing. I have called multiple times and tried reaching an employee named Natasha, but she is always "in a meeting" or unavailable. At this point, no one is returning my calls, and I feel completely ignored. This is not fair or professional, especially when the work is clearly under warranty. I trusted this company and paid a large amount of money, and now I am left with a leaking roof and interior damage. If this issue is not resolved soon, my next step will be to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I would not recommend this company based on my experience
