To simplify the order, I cut our original request in half by removing the smaller arrangements to focus on the key statements. Despite providing clear direction early on, the entire experience was marked by significant issues: Communication Breakdown: There were long, concerning gaps in communication throughout the process. The email sent on June 29th left it completely unclear that standalone arrangements were being replaced, leaving us with arrangements meant for pillars that were never provided. Subpar Quality and Unmet Aesthetic: The final arrangement did not match the aesthetic or quality of work I anticipated. While I understood that wisteria vines were out of season, in-season flowers like hydrangeas and peonies--which were specifically requested--were either omitted or poorly executed. The overall display felt like a rushed, last-minute attempt to cover up a severe oversight rather than a professional, thoughtfully designed arrangement. Unacceptable Delivery Execution: Adding insult to injury, I was charged a $75 delivery fee, yet on the day of the event, I was expected to meet your team at the venue entrance and carry the arrangements inside myself. Charging a delivery fee for a service that required the client to perform the manual labor is entirely unacceptable.(This was communicated but did not state a delivery fee would still be charged) For a once-in-a-lifetime family event, the combination of poor communication, failure to honor design specifications, and unprofessional delivery execution was deeply disappointing. I am sharing this feedback with the expectation that it provides a clear picture of where your service failed to meet basic standards, and in hopes that these practices are corrected for future clients. read more

My husband ordered flowers for delivery on Valentine's day.  The delivery was scheduled for no later than 3pm...I get a call from someone at 5pm saying they're trying to deliver flowers to me at work..at that time I was gone.  My flowers were delivered at 630pm! I called the place today at 1:30 and was told the Manager Stephanie Woods would call me in an hour.....its 4pm...No call yet.  This is by far the worst service I've ever experienced.  I called the number on the website (770-698-8231) and my number was been blocked...I couldn't get through! I had to email for a returned call. I'm trying to get a resolution (partial refund) and the Manager Stephanie starts yelling at me! Telling me they tried to accommodate me... Well there should be accommodations for a paying customer.   I'm not going to have a Manager yell at me when they should at least offering a partial refund for the inconvenience.  Horrible customer service.  I managed a department for years and if we inconvenienced anyone the Last thing we would do is yell at them.  I was just trying to rectify a problem that wasn't mine to begin with. Can't quite believe the level of incompetence here. Mother in law in the hospital. I go on their website. Order flowers for delivery the next day. Get a confirmation email. They open at 9am the next day. Great right? Think again. At 1:15 on the day they're supposed to be delivered, I get an email that the charges on my credit card have been refunded by the florist. On a Saturday when most shops around there close by 2 or 4 latest. I call them. No answer. I try again. No answer. Who does that? Cancel a confirmed order, no explanation, no phone call to apologize. Just - flowers for your sick mother in law aren't coming - that's it. Avoid this place at all costs. They will disappoint. read more

They have an online order option; however, when you place the order online and pay for it online they still must call you the next day and collect your credit card information. Do not have online payment option if it is not actually an option. Expect delays in the delivery of your flowers. And don't expect a pleasant person to answer your phone calls- very rude. read more

I am very impressed. I found them on line and utilized them to deliver flowers to my wife the next day. I ordered a combination flower type arrangement. And the purple flowers bloomed a few days later as they were supposed to. The flowers were right on time. I felt they were very reasonably priced and my wife thoroughly enjoyed how beautiful they are. Went way out of their way! I ordered a balloon bouquet for a patient at the children's hospital, and they found latex balloons weren't allowed so they re-made it with all mylars, which aren't cheap, and didn't charge me more!
