Our daughter was graduating from Fort Benning and we traveled from IL with her fur baby. Ami helped us by keeping him during the ceremony so we could attend. We met her when we dropped off our daughter six weeks before. What first impressed us was that she was the only groomer in Columbus we contacted that wanted to meet our pup to make sure it was a good fit. We really appreciated that and knew she really cared about her animals and making sure they were all safe and not stressed. She kept him for an hour giving us time to go eat while they got acquainted. He did amazing and they were all so incredibly nice. Then, on graduation day, she came in earlier than her posted hours so we could attend the ceremony on time. He loved his time there and we felt so relieved to have a safe and loving place for him to be while we were away. Especially in an area we are not from or familiar with. It could not have gone better!! Her facility is well cared for, everyone working there is over the top friendly and it is clear they love what they do. We are so thankful for Ami and all of her help! Before, she was unable to be near other dogs, couldn't let her off leash unless we were completely alone, and constantly worried about her in public. He taught us how to correctly read her and understand her so we could then set her up for success. He used lots of desensitization, counter-conditioning, and reinforcing positive decisions to communicate to her the correct response to things that scared her. We are able to reinforce her trust in us now, and now have gained priceless knowledge for both ourselves and her. She has been able to greatly reduce any anxiety and stress she has and we now have a much stronger bond and can see a visible difference in her. We are thrilled with the work Clint did with her and how he gave her and us the training to allow her to live in a much happier, stress-free, and confident place.

Their thoughtfulness and caring has always been extensive, but in this case, they personally delivered a beautiful flower arrangement and a heartfelt card that brought us so much comfort. So I took my little dog to get his teeth cleaned today and picked up to find all of his front teeth…read moremissing. They were not loose in anyway when I dropped him off. This dog is 3 pounds with teeth the size of a pen tip. They told me well they loosen up when the use the Dremel. A Dremel, seriously. With The centrifugal force a Human beings teeth will not stand up to a Dremel let alone a 3 pound Yorkies. What happened to using a scaler or dental equipment. Not a darn tool from Home Depot used for grinding metal. OMG I am furious. This is negligent and cruel. They will not be back. My poor dog. You cannot justify this. His teeth were not loose. I cannot believe this. A DREMEL? Seriously? In his tiny mouth. Then you had the nerve to charge for the teeth your Dremel damaged and pulled out. A darn Dremel. I looked online to see if that is normal and the only thing I can find is Dremel used on larger dogs nails. Nothing on teeth. Seriously. I am truly upset I wish I would have known you were using a Dremel I would have never brought him there for that.
