I finally got in, we sat down &went through everything, I wasn't super comfortable, but I figured I would go ahead and get the epidural shot anyway because I was in excruciating pain & needed it. To get a little personal, I have anxiety when it comes to any medical procedures and I made the doctors aware of the situation so they suggested I get sedation. A week and a half later I finally get in to have my shot done. It was hotter than Hades in that office & was even hotter once you got back in the patient area. The bed they put me in was baking in the sun. It had to be nearly 80° and then they put a warm blanket on me. I sit down and my anxiety rampant. My blood pressure was high. My heart rate was high, and I had a Slightly elevated temperature, which are all symptoms of anxiety. They took my vitals every five minutes in a crowded room with constant beeping a blood pressure cuff going off every minute and then constantly telling me to calm down. As the timer went off every five minutes, I anxiety got worse. My Elevated temperature did go down to 99.4. And if you read the CDC says a fever is considered anything over 100.4. The doctor, then rudely comes over and tells me he cannot continue with the procedure because I must have some sort of infection. And then told me it was not possible to have an elevated temperature from anxiety. I've experienced this numerous times before I have been told by different doctors that it is completely possible to have an elevated temperature due to my anxiety, and I have read numerous studies from medical journals as well as information from the CDC that very clearly states heightened anxiety can cause an increase in temperature. When I explain this, he basically told me I was crazy. It wasn't possible. I have an infection. I have to go home. The minute I get home I take my temperature and it is a cool 98.7°. Just like I said no fever no infection it was caused by my anxiety. I called the office afterwards and ask them if I could reschedule my procedure but with a different doctor and she told me it was against policy and they wouldn't let me do so. After complaining she said she would talk to her supervisor and get back to me by the end of the day or at least the next morning at the latest. No call yet. Unprofessional, beyond ridiculous and I would say never come here and never see this doctor again I'm a little worried that he doesn't know that any of that is actually possible. Makes you wonder what else this doctor doesn't know. Well, it's now been a week and she hasn't called me back clearly they don't care about their patients. I'm going to make sure I file complaints wherever I possibly can't about this place.

It took a while to come out of it. Thankfully she was transferred here. She couldn't get up & walk on her own. The nurses & staff are amazing. Their PT department is amazing. The facility has many things to get them back to every day life. Ramps, a makeshift car, etc. Occupational therapy too. Attentive, caring people. After coming home, she is returning here for more therapy on the first floor for another month. She's doing great.

I went to Care Pointe in Highland as I was having a problem with my ear. I was able to get an…read moreappointment quickly. It was suggested that I register prior to coming in which was a breeze. I found the staff and Dr Tarin to be friendly, caring and very professional. My issue was taken care of successfully at that first office visit. When I went back for a recheck Dr Tarin was very thorough and made sure that I was not having any other issues. My experience was very positive and I will not hesitate going back should I have a need.

Had a back injury when I was a kid that I never really had looked at. Fast forward 12 years, and…read moreit's still causing me pain (go figure). Went to one doctor who pushed for an MRI, and then never got back to me. Waited a few months and decided to head here (Pinnacle) and give them a go. Was in so much pain at the time that I couldn't even sit down without tears welling up. Standing at an always angle was my only relief. They saw this. They knew this. This visit occurred around spring time 2025 I went in, did the routine, signed a waiver to release my MRI to them, and got some blood work scheduled for a little later on. Left very hopeful and optimistic with how genuinely invested the doctor seemed to be in fixing me. Gave me a lot of info. I never heard back from Pinnacle. No follow up, no "hey we have your MRI results and this is what they show", no emails, no calls/voicemails, not even a letter. Nothing. Pinnacle ghosted me. The lack of follow up and being all around a caring and professional healthcare organization is not the reason for the single star rating however. The rating comes from the fact that nobody got back to me, yet I OWED THEM MONEY. I paid my copay, and thought that was it. Next thing I know, I have a collections agency calling me about a debt stemming from my visit here at pinnacle. Had absolutely no knowledge of it. And when I called, I got a woman with a nasty attitude basically telling me I'm an idiot because they always send out PAPER MAIL about money owed. So not only did I not get a letter at all, but in 2025, you can't CALL ME OR EMAIL ME WHEN YOU HAVE MY INFO?? This came at the perfect time too, because I was just recently laid off from work. So now my credit will take a hit because I NOW don't have the $300 I could've paid off months ago Nice place inside, but absolute trash. Would never recommend. Do NOT go here! My complaints with this facility are as follows:…read more 1) It is virtually impossible to get someone on the phone. I spent literal HOURS trying to get through. I would go through phone prompt hell to be told, for example, that I was 3rd in line waiting only to either a) have the phone ring over 100 times and then hang up on me or b) I would just be stuck on hold for half an hour. 2) Their changing rooms are just cubicles with curtains on them. I was already feeling distinctly uncomfortable as they were walking around with a workman, discussing what they wanted done. So I quickly took my top off and put on the gown and sat down to take my shoes off, only to then have one of the employees PEEK IN THE CURTAIN AT ME. She asked me, without any trace of embarrassment at getting caught, if I required any assistance. Um, NO, I don't. She then peeked in AGAIN when walking by after my MRI and I was changing back into my clothes. If you do cannot tell if anyone is in the changing room simply by the fact that the curtain is CLOSED, then try knocking or clearing your throat. There is ZERO reason that you should be peeping in on people while they are changing their clothes! 3) The person who did my MRI was nice, but there was zero communication either before or during my MRI as to how long the process would be. My appointment was at 3 and I got there early to fill out paperwork, and I didn't get out of there until after 4:20. I will never go to this place ever again.
