I Terrible experience am very disappointed. we were given a gift certificate to Oasis Day Spa for a couples massage as a gift. It has a 5 Years expiration date in the future. Thhere was no dollar amount listed on the certificate. It was. terrible experience checking out. They stressed us out with a bill for $50 plus tip. $100 later we left What a racket when the massage was paid for in advance Ok I planned to pay tips Bruce Schoenberg the owner was blamed by staff for the extra expense. Shame on you Bruce . No apology made. We even let them know we were paying with a gift certificate & gave the number on it ahead of time. when reservation for the massage was made. Oasis is everything you would want in a spa. I have had neck and shoulder issues for over a month. Have gone to Kyle twice in the last few weeks for deep tissue. Absolutely the best massage therapist that I have ever been to. I tried the CBD treatment add on for the second massage. I think that it helped ease the pain of deep tissue massage. Would say worth it for first deep tissue if you want to try to apply more pressure or if already sore. Don't think I will do CBD every time though. I will use Kyle every time though. I scheduled a double appointment for manicure and pedicure for me and my future mother in law as My wedding was 4 days away and wanted to have pretty nails.The ladies we got were unfriendly at first and only mellow out a little after one of them mutilated my middle and ringing finger on my left hand. She cut into my skin and my fingers would not stop bleeding. She told me I will survive and if the scab didn't go away in a couple of days to apply make up on my fingers. In the end my nails looked horrible as if a 3 year old had painted them. All in all I wasted my time and money as I had to go to a different salon to get my manicure and pedicure done as I will never be coming to this place. read more

If I had a choice to rate this place -10 I really would. This place is so unprofessional it's not even funny AND I would actually pay people to go somewhere else. So let me tell y'all why. I purchased a gift certificate for my mom a long time ago but my mom never used it. So I go in and see what they can do for me because I spent quite a bit of money for the certificate. The lady behind the desk gave me two options. To renew it, or get a refund. So I told her I'll get a refund. She said ok but the owner has to process the refund but she's not here, call tomorrow and see when she'll be in. So I said ok. I call tomorrow and the same lady I talked to answer and said "oh you just missed her, she comes in at different times. Try and call late morning." I said ok that's fine. I call again the next day and talk to the same lady and she says "oh she's not coming in today, but she has your name and number and will call you". I never received a call. So the next day I call again and the same lady answered and she's like "oh I never said we'd refund you and that it's up to the owner." I'm like dude are you kidding me?? I told her to have the owner call me and nothing. Like if you didn't wanna give me a refund just tell me instead of having me call like an idiot. That ridiculous! I'm not calling anymore but best believe I'll make sure no one I know goes to that place. read more

I love how comfortable the staff makes me feel and they cater to my every need. They are always warm and welcoming the second I walk through the door.
