She's been reported to the Wisconsin state dental board. She ground my teeth down so deep trying to make my night guard fit that she has caused permanent damage. Unfortunately I had a different experience than the reviews that led me to this dentist. They do…read morefar more imaging than any other dentist I've been to, but it's very uncomfortable. They take pictures (in addition to x-rays) which is something I did not want to do as I prefer to get in and out of the dentist as soon as possible. They stick a very large flat mirror into your mouth and shoot air down it and into the back of your throat. I repeatedly asked if the pictures were absolutely necessary and said "I do not want to do this" multiple times. The assistant taking all of the pictures did not listen to me. When more than 1 staff member hears the patient saying "no", I expect that they listen. This dental practice did not meet my expectations. They were quite pushy about fluoride, with 3 people giving me the same speech about how I really should have it. Even though I explained I wanted to get in & out as soon as possible, they still kept trying to push it on me. At the end, they used a tooth shade finder that came from a cabinet and physically touched it to my tooth, and then put it directly back into the cabinet. Who knows how many mouths that's touched. I do not recommend that anyone who is scared of the dentist go here as not being listened to is very traumatic.

So that should say something. My only con about this business is I had a night guard grinding plate ordered. It basically came with a lifetime warranty. After a couple years, mine cracked. This location dentist told me they would replace the cost but when I came to pick up the night guard, I owed almost $800. While one might think my review would be more sour, I came to this location over four years and this was their only flop. So I took that one star experience and averaged it into the other 5 star ratings I had.
