I called KT Moore, he had me do a bunch of troubleshooting before hand to save me the service. My home is only a year and half old and that's rare to need a pump out. After going through all the trouble shooting first, it did come to a conclusion that it needed to be pumped, which I verified it was full. I really appreciate that he did everything in his power to save me from potentially wasting money on a pump out. Very honest guy, family owned and operated. I will definitely use their services in the future. Also this was on a Saturday an he was here in 30 minutes.
