Unfortunately the technician discovered the main control board had failed and our heater was over 20 years old so we needed to purchase a new one. With Labor Day weekend approaching we were worried they would not get it delivered in time from their supplier to fit us into their schedule..... but they were on top of it! We made a call to Lake Gaston HVAC and set up an appointment for when we would be back to the lake. He worked around our schedule and and showed up earlier than planned. His knowledge of the systems was incredible as I was just trained in the history of my insufficient unit I had in place. He provided me with two options of which my wife and I went with option 2. Option 1 was to refull the freon again, which should not be leaking. We bought a new unit and air mover. We knew it was time but we were not ready last year. So, we set up a date and time.
