I'm not real sure if that's an official name or just a nickname, but if you hear it referred to as that, then this is the place they're talking about. On one of my trips to MS, I managed to land in the ER with abdominal pain. I was there for a couple of weeks on that visit and they didn't want to wait for me to get back to FL, so they had me see a GI doctor the next day and I was sent here for a sonogram. I was greeted with a smile upon arrival and checked it. I was taken back almost immediately and the tech was super sweet - that good 'ole southern hospitality. My mother went with me and during her wait while I was having the test done, she waiting in a large, comfortable waiting area with free coffee, a television, and plenty of magazines. If ever in MS and in need of medical testing, I wouldn't hesitate to return here.

Then the male doctor came and apologized after almost 6 hours .I think he was highly unprofessional came in the room and did not speak him or the nurse.Just to come back to say it's gonna be another 2 hours before she can have surgery so we waited look like over 8-9 hours before she even went to surgery. That is not acceptable and I think he thought that it was okay because they think they can do whatever you have options use them. They prepped her only to sit up for 11 hours waiting on surgery. And the doctor's assistant was named Caroline. She was rude unprofessional. She practically kicked me out of recovery room and gave me a green card. Didn't explain anything. People like you won't have any good luck and you have no business dealing with people with sequences or illnesses of any kind. Shame on you. Shame on this hospital. Y'all should have a better procedure than to make people wait for 11 hours for a 30-minute surgery. My daughter wasn't a priority

This clinic misrepresented the turn around time of covid testing results, will not answer their…read morephone, and I am currently looking at having to pay for a second visit and covid testing elsewhere because after 5 days, I have no results, can not communicate with them, and do not know when I will receive results that were supposed to be available Saturday or Sunday. It is now Tuesday and this clinic is completely unavailable. Ridiculous. Take your business elsewhere.

The person who took my paper lab order didn't seem to understand that someone was paying for it and that the name of who gets the results is on the actual paper lab order I handed her.Of course that may be because she didn't read beyond what tests were being asked for. She wanted my PCP's name. Repeatedly. Nope. Not relevant. Who ordered it and who is paying for it is on the actual order she had in her hand. Reading it might have been useful. I finally forced her to do so when I kept repeating what she needed was on there and refused to give her the information and my insurance that she wanted, again repeating several times the information is on the lab work that she needs. She also is not good at drawing blood. Using the vein that gets used the most and no one else has had trouble she couldn't find it and was sliding the needle back and forth and up and down under my arm. Got a big bruise there. Then when she used the one used the second most she poked through the other side, I watched her pull the needle back out until the blood flowed. Big bruise there. I almost never get bruises from blood draws. Clearly she is incompetent. All around total incompetence from the check in to the blood draw. I will never use that site again.
