They took away from their personal Christmas time with their family to make sure mine was picked up and home safe on Christmas Eve. They are a little higher than super shuttle or ubers, but definitely more comfortable and more reliable. But even then, the door bell is right there. If your staff can't figure out how to use a doorbell, you can't figure out how to tell them to use it, you're not very smart and shouldn't be in a field like this. I had to miss an incredibly important doctor's appointment that can't be rescheduled until February because they couldn't do the BARE MINIMUM that was their job. Lazy morons.

I agreed, despite their reneging on the initial pricing, which I thought was unprofessional. I asked the owner to email me confirmation after we got off the phone that the booking was completed, and that I would mail him the deposit check that same week. Two weeks later - still no email. I decide to just mail the check in, having assumed that he forgot to send the confirmation email, and that I would catch up with him later. The check is mailed, and several weeks go by - no indication that the check was cashed, and not even a courtesy call to say "you're booking is all set, and I have the deposit." I called him back and asked if he received the check - he begrudgingly says he will check and get back to me by the following day. Following day comes and goes, as does a full week - no response. The following week, I call him again to ask whether he received the check and whether the booking is confirmed - I'm told *again* in a snooty tone that he will verify and get back to me. At this point, it's been over a month since the check was postmarked, and over six weeks since we had first talked. I cancelled the check and wrote him an email canceling our "arrangement." I have to ask myself... if it's this difficult to get these guys to cash my deposit check, and they have to be treated like babies just to get a response - I cannot imagine what the actual service would look like in terms of timeliness and professionalism.
