I…read morewish I could transport him into a best in class office environment with: 1) Professional and attentive front desk staff - they are waaaaayyyy too casual and can't be bothered. 2) more automated processes - on-line appointment setting, etc. 3) a PORTAL where you can access your test results, send notes to the staff, etc. (they still mail out test results, sometimes...a lot of time you don't hear from them at all) 4) An email box that is monitored -- i have gone weeks/months without them answering the email The front desk staff leaves a lot to be desired. I think they are used to dealing with an older clientele with "old school" processes (phone calls and fax machines) and perhaps Dr. Esantsi is headed to retirement so it's not worth making the effort, but if he intends to work for the next 2-10 years, he really needs to change his staffing and get to a more state of the art office with more on-line capability. I think the reason they never answer the phone is because they are on the phone all day just setting up appointments. That can be done on-line with Calendly. It's frustrating because i really want to keep seeing this doctor but i dread ever having to set up an appointment or go there because their processes are stuck in the 1980s.

My husband checked in and they didn't call him for an hour and missed his appointment even though he was sitting right there and signed in. The waiting room is small so to not check on someone waiting for long is mind boggling. I would change offices if it weren't for the wonderful medical team.
