This review is very personal and makes me feel vulnerable to share, but I believe it's important. Without going into the details of my own experience, I reached out to NW Ketamine in hopes of finding relief from years of depression, PTSD, and trauma. I filled out the online form and booked an intake phone call. I was surprised to receive a call the very next day from Sara, a registered nurse (who sadly just had her last day with them--I'm truly going to miss her). Although I missed her initial call, I called her back, and we talked about my history and whether this treatment would be a good fit. We agreed that it was worth trying, especially after I've exhausted so many other options over the years. I then spoke with someone (I believe it was Patt) about the financial details and booked my first in-office treatment. I was incredibly nervous--trying something completely new is scary, especially when it involves your mental health. From the moment I walked in, Patt greeted me with the warmest, bubbliest smile. That alone helped ease some of my anxiety. Then Sara sat with me and talked through everything before my first treatment. She helped calm me down, and I'm so grateful for her kindness and patience. That first session was filled with fear of the unknown. I didn't know how my body or mind would react. But afterward, I felt an unexpected sense of relief. I started to see my trauma differently--not as something I caused or deserved, but simply as something that happened. That shift alone began to lift a lifelong burden of guilt. The second treatment was more difficult. I remembered things I didn't want to remember. But I think part of me expected it, and even though it was painful, I knew it was part of the process. The third session? Disneyland. That's the only way to describe it. It was light, fun, and exactly what I needed after two emotionally intense experiences. My fourth session was just yesterday. It was different, but powerful in its own way. Sara was with me for my first two treatments, Cameron for the third, and then Sara again for the fourth. Different people, different personalities--but the same kindness, the same compassion, and the same commitment to helping you heal. They talk with you during treatment if you want them to, and for me, that made all the difference. Just knowing someone was there brought me comfort when things got overwhelming. I cannot recommend NW Ketamine enough. They changed my entire perspective on this kind of treatment. I'm 51 years old and have lived through a lot. For the first time in my life, I can say I'm okay. And I mean it. If you're struggling with depression, PTSD, or trauma, and you've tried everything else--please consider reaching out. I'm not a doctor, and I can't say this is right for everyone, especially if you have a history with substance misuse. But for someone like me, this has been life-changing. This clinic is basically a mill for patients. They do not want you going a minute past your time, even if you're crying or puking they walk you out that door after 90 minutes exactly. My nurse Kelly attempted my IV insertion nearly 8 times! I was left black and blue and she just seemed frustrated the entire time. I could hear everything in the rooms next to me and heard the nurses complaining about other staff members constantly. They started cleaning the room before I was even done , truly awful service for the price. read more

Caring staff, I would bring my iPad to my appointment so I could enjoy movies through my appointment. The staff was great and the treatment was effective for my migraines. They were great with my privacy and maintained my safety at all times. read more

The staff at the clinic are very friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is clean and calming. I was surprised reading other reviews here that some had a therapist with them for the sessions. I really wish this had been an option for me. I did do the integration group therapy, it is only offered once a month though and I did not do it until after my sessions where complete because it is offered at the first of the month and I started mid month. I do feel the therapy has helped me be less reactive to triggers in my life. read more

This clinic gave me my life back. I am 17 and have for several years struggled with such severe depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, drug abuse, and self-harm that I couldn't function as a normal person. I went for the 6 sessions with therapy and it was great! I'd never experimented with hallucinogenics. I felt very safe with a nurse and therapist right there. The therapist was amazing. I was proven correct and they have only exceeded my expectations since becoming a regular patient. The entire staff is fantastic, including the front desk and the amazing nurses. I was welcomed with open arms, genuinely cared for, made to feel completely safe and valued from the very beginning. The environment is serene, cozy, and relaxing- which is absolutely KEY! I felt completely comfortable expressing my personal needs to the nurses and being fully accommodated in a seamless manner. There were times when I felt very vulnerable and the staff responded in such a nurturing way that I was able to work through those issues efficiently and successfully. I have had 4 different nurses so far and each one of them has been uniquely wonderful! Not only are they warm, professional, and compassionate, but they are all very well educated on the body-brain connection and healing. I also must add that they are all excellent at inserting IVs even given my very challenging anatomy! I was thrilled that the nurses stayed with me the entire time and were there any time I needed an adjustment or to communicate. Feeling valued as a human being vs an object is crucial to healing and NWK accomplishes this in such a way that you are solid in the fact that this clinic's intentions are to help their patients heal from the inside out. Just finished a six session infusion of ketamine for drug resistant depression. Allyn, the nurse anesthetist and Cindy, the office manager are both wonderful and caring people. Cindy made us feel at home and cared for when we arrived. She made sure to bring a warm blanket and a hand warmer for the iv start. Allyn is very professional and kind.
