Dr. Wagner is great with diagnosis and has a calming bedside. In terms of stem cell treatment, I had my left hip done and while it took a good 6 months for the treatment to start reducing pain within a year I was like brand new. He never guarantees results carefully pointing out that while his success rate is very good some treatments don't work. And be careful getting counter advice from surgeons. There is big money in hip/knee replacement and the last thing they want is for some non-invasive treatment to cut into their cash cow.
