I then spoke with someone (I believe it was Patt) about the financial details and booked my first in-office treatment. My nurse Kelly attempted my IV insertion nearly 8 times! I was left black and blue and she just seemed frustrated the entire time. I could hear everything in the rooms next to me and heard the nurses complaining about other staff members constantly. They started cleaning the room before I was even done , truly awful service for the price.
