Best processor in the business! Here's my story;…read moreUnfortunately, I was recently scammed by a Process Server in Washington. As a result, he had taken my money and failed to provide the service. I was forced to look for another Process Server in hopes that I wouldn't be scammed a second time. I navigated through the internet and came upon Speedy Services Llc with Mario in Bonney Lake, WA. Mario provided me with exceptional professional service. His superior investigative skills are exemplary. When given a task, he perseveres until the job is complete. Mario demonstrated expertise and dedication when he delivered a summons for me to an elusive and delinquent defendant . His investigative method is impressive. I highly recommend, without hesitation, Mario, for all your summon needs.

I sent him the file via email, and on the email, I wrote "I also have a few forms that I cannot attach a signature to it, please advise how can I do that." He did not answer and went ahead and sent the paper, of course an unsigned summon is invalid. First his defense is I cannot provide legal advice, excuse me? I am not asking for a legal advice, it's simply administrative. Then he said, "it skipped my mind; you should have ask me again" and he has the audacity to say I served it so fast, I should have charged you rush fees. Excuse me? I didn't request a rush service. He was shouting throughout the entire conversation, " I work with a lot of big law firm, they all know what to do" how condescending is that? I am not your big law firm client that's why I asked. Then I received the proof of service as you can see in the attached photo, I told him it is not legible, he insisted that it is my printer's problem, because he work with a lot of big law firm and no one ever have this issue. I printed out the email his server sent to prove that other print jobs from my printer does not have this problem. Only the proof of service has this issue, and it is the most important document. He argued for 30 minutes and reluctantly fixed the issue and sent me the 2nd version as attached too. It is corrected finally but the main point is he does not have any willingness to even investigate his poor quality job instead blame it on the customer's equipment. I have him served 2 sets of documents. On the job's details, it lumped two documents in 1 job. And repeated the same under other job. I asked him to have list only one document with each job as I have to file the proof separately with each case in court. He said his software cannot do that, because the two case was sent in at the same time. The documents were sent in on Two separate files though. Again, there is absolutely no willingness to try and ensure the accuracy of legal documents. He kept stressing,"my job is only serving the documents, I'm not allowed to look at your documents." Although this is his main responsibility. Do you agree given the strict requirements of legal documents, the core responsibility of a process server is to ensure that due process is followed, meaning the recipient receives proper and timely notice of the legal action. (Especially when the plaintiff raised the question and it just skipped his mind.) Serving incomplete or potentially flawed documents could undermine this principle. A quick review for signatures and dates is a responsible and ethical step for a process server to take in order to ensure accurate and reliable service. Everyone made mistakes, I did too, but a professional should be willing to work with the customer to find a solution instead of holding a hostile attitude simply to evade any responsibility.

I am thoroughly disgusted with Attorney Chi Nguyen's lack of professionalism and communication…read more I found her through Yelp in July 2025 with glowing reviews. After a July 4th consultation, I hired her to handle my parenting plan matter (not my protection order, though she gave advice on that too). What followed was one of the worst professional experiences I've ever had. Here are the main issues: Never in court - She never once appeared in person, only via Zoom. We paid her the same as anyone else, yet she didn't show up physically. Unprofessional appearance - On Zoom, she dressed in casual T-shirts, not courtroom-appropriate attire. Paralegal overseas - The paralegal assigned to our case (Bernard) was working permanently out of the country. This made direct communication about our case nearly impossible. Bad legal advice & dishonesty - She advised my child to drop a protection order to "help" with a 50/50 parenting plan, then denied ever giving that advice in court. This damaged our case. Unprepared in court - Judges were visibly frustrated with her lack of preparation and awareness of required next steps. Communication failures - She ignored the client portal (where we receive notifications) and instead sent critical updates by regular email, which caused us to miss deadlines and hearings. Documents were submitted incorrectly and late, resulting in continuances, sanctions, and extra costs we had to pay ($700). Recent failure - For a GAL hearing, financial documents we sent in late August were submitted at the last minute. She failed to consult us on which GAL we preferred, leaving us blindsided in court. We left court feeling defeated every single time. Yesterday's hearing was the final straw--we fired her immediately. Hiring an attorney is stressful enough; you need someone professional, prepared, and communicative. Chi Nguyen was none of these. Do not hire her. I only gave 1 star because Yelp wouldn't let me submit my review without doing it.

I contacted her around September to handle my case, and from time to time I asked her for updates in which she gave me very basic information. One day the DOL sends me a notice that my drivers license has been suspended because of failure to notice the court of my options. Mind you, this is something that is completely done by the lawyer. I message Chi, and she started to blame the court about how ridiculous they were, but in reality she should've kept status on my case. It's clear Chi treats each case as a $$ bag and doesn't care to check up on the status of her clients cases. As a result, this lead my insurance going up because Chi was unable to keep up with my case. Why would I go to a lawyer just to have my insurance go up....... and having to deal with that.??? Although she helped me with my ticket It's clear she doesn't value her customers and her replies are just straight up unprofessional at times. I wouldn't recommend her and steer away, there are other lawyers. A

However, my experience with their consultation process was disappointing and lacked transparency. I am leaving a one-star review due to my experience with their consultation process. While comparing rates among several law firms for drafting a will and revocable living trust, this was the only firm that charged a consultation fee. Unfortunately, this was not clearly communicated at the time of booking. There was no prominent disclosure of the fee during scheduling, nor was a credit card deposit required, which would have made the charge more transparent. I was billed $250 for a 1.5-hour consultation. Additionally, the booking did not clearly indicate that the meeting was in person, which led to confusion and required me to call the office after the scheduled time. During my conversation with the representative, the consultation fee was not mentioned either before or after the meeting. I found this lack of transparency concerning, especially since the consultation fee is applied toward services only if you move forward with the firm. For those who are still comparing options, this can be an unexpected expense. For reference, I obtained quotes from five other law firms, and Iddins Law Group's pricing was the highest among them. I strongly encourage prospective clients to clarify consultation fees and overall costs before scheduling. Clear communication around pricing is a basic expectation, and unfortunately, that was not met here. I hope the firm will consider making its consultation policies more clearly stated upfront to avoid similar misunderstandings in the future.

When I appeared in court, the judge would not proceed and directed me to the family law facilitator. During that review, multiple additional errors and omissions were identified, including an incorrect statement that there were no dependent children and issues involving required child support documentation. The facilitator advised that the paperwork required substantial revision before the case could move forward. As a result, I experienced significant delays, additional court appointments, and many hours correcting the documents myself. When I requested a refund, I was told the errors were not substantial and that the primary mistake was a typo. My refund request was denied. I was also told that moving was the reason for delays, which had previously been given as the reason for delays in preparing the documents. Not worth the money. Would not recommend.

There were repeated delays in attempting service, and communication was inconsistent throughout. At one point, the server shared personal issues that were affecting her ability to complete the job, which should NOT impact a client's case. I have documentation where she told me she would send service via social media, however, when I confirmed if it was done, as stated, it was not. I was told that multiple service attempts had been made; however, when I asked a simple question about whether the residence had a Ring camera, which would confirm those attempts), there was hesitation and an incorrect response. I knew they had a ring doorbell; and, 3 Police Officers who were attempting service also confirmed they had a ring doorbell camera. This raised serious concerns and validated my suspicions whether service attempts were actually being made; they weren't. Additionally, there was a lack of transparency when her contact information changed (her number charged) and I was not informed. Required service updates were also not filed with the court in a timely manner. Overall, this experience caused unnecessary ADDITIONAL stress and delays in a time-sensitive legal matter. I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options before hiring. I have a lot of documentation and instead of filing a formal complaint with the Attorney General's office and Better Business Bureau, I'm starting with a review through Yelp. Given the lack of timely service, communication issues, and overall experience, I believe a refund is warranted.
