Everyone at MWOS was great from the moment we checked in. The receptionist was very friendly and discreet when it was needed. My nurse, Cathy, was awesome She took great care of me, again explaining everything she was doing and why. I needed some special assistance at one point before going in for surgery and she handled it professionally and, again, with discretion. She also took care to include my husband in all conversations as did everyone who talked to me before surgery. The nurse who took care of me in recovery was great! I think her name is Wendy. Made sure I was comfortable and coming out of it well. The nurse who wheeled me out to the car whose name I didn't catch was also very friendly and made sure I was moving correctly when getting into our Jeep. Everyone here was awesome! I highly recommend NWOS and Dr. Moss. I have not had one bad experience there with anyone and am looking forward to having my right hip done there as soon as I can.

Which leads me to my next bit of info.... People people people. Please IGNORE these 1 star "I would give less if I could" reviews. This doctor is quite good. He's also done neck surgery on a friend of mine and basically have her her life and mobility back. OF COURSE he's going to run behind. He doesn't set a timer and say ding, sorry patient but your time is up. He takes his time with you, goes over all your tests and diagnosis and makes sure that you are well informed of not only your condition but what treatment options you may have. If you want fast and don't give a shake about your health, go to Chas. If you want to be taken care and not treated like you're on an assembly line, then go elsewhere.

When I decided to ask how long it will be, he pushed past me asking me "why are you here, are you in pain" I said I have been waiting for a while and I am leaving, he then shouted at me "what do you think this is MCDONALD'S and waved his hands at me telling me to "just go". The receptionists did nothing at all, besides acting physically uncomfortable. He called to offer a fake mumbled apology that I couldn't make out all the words of. The only thing in the message he said clearly was to let them know if I want to reschedule. My feelings are beyond hurt and all trust and respect in this office is now lost. I will be finding another clinic who has more compassionate and consideration for their patients. And after reading these other reviews both on yelp and Google, now I am wondering how is he still in business and why did I try to go back after Dr. Kovach left.

I have had nothing but an outstanding experience at this clinic! All of the providers are incredibly caring, respectful, and focused on helping their patients get to feeling better. I feel well listened to and never feel rushed at my appointments. All patients, including myself, are told they need to arrive an hour early to get the intake paperwork completed as standard procedure, so this is never a surprise. I've never had to wait more than ten minutes past my appointment time, and the front staff are always super kind and professional. I very highly recommend Restore Health for anyone struggling with pain.

My experience with Restore Health & Pain Treatment Group was extremely disappointing…read more My PCP originally referred me for documented hip and SI-joint pain, but Restore denied that referral and required one from orthopedics, delaying care. At my first appointment, I arrived an hour early, completed intake and urine screening, and participated in range-of-motion testing that significantly worsened my pain. I was then sent home for approximately two weeks without an individualized interim treatment plan. I was not demanding opioids or any specific medication. I was already taking prescription meloxicam with inadequate relief and was asking for any reasonable non-opioid, non-drug, or symptom-management option. After I raised concerns, Director Christian Garrido called and said my referrals lacked adequate information, even though Restore had accepted the referral, reviewed my X-rays, examined me, and documented confirmed diagnoses, reduced movement due to pain, pain up to 9/10, and severe interference with daily activities. A staff member later told me Restore would not respond to my written portal message and that I needed an ROI to obtain my own records. She repeatedly interrupted me, refused to let me speak with the director, and ended the call after my phone audibly announced that recording had begun. Restore then canceled my future appointment and sent my PCP a notice accusing me of "aggressive communication" and violating recording law. I strongly dispute that characterization. I did not threaten, insult, or abuse anyone. Restore's own clinical note describes me as pleasant and cooperative. My records also show that my initial urine screen was negative, yet an extensive additional toxicology panel was ordered after Restore had decided to discontinue my care. I am verifying with my insurer whether any related claims were submitted. My PCP has now had to reroute my referral and provide interim medication. Based on my experience, Restore's communication, transparency, documentation, and treatment of patient concerns were unacceptable.
