I have been a firearms enthusiast, hand loading most of my own ammunition, building my own rifles for decades, I have definitely been around the block when it comes to firearms. if I ask the guy behind the counter if he has steel cased ammunition and he rages on about why he doesn't sell it and that I am essentially an idiot for wanting to use it- I generally don't return and haven't to this day. I didn't come to have you lecture me with urban pawnshop guru range myths about steel cased ammunition destroying AR-15's, I came to spend my money in your establishment. just because I didn't stroll in wearing 5.11's and sporting a high and tight- and because I elect to not be a regular at your pawn shop, doesn't mean I am a stupid nobody willing to soak up your "expertise". If you have anything of value, take the time to drive to Grand Junction. Not only does he low ball anything you bring in, but he has no idea what the value of anything is. Then he is rude and petty about it. Just a tip, when someone brings in something that you can make easy profit from, loan them enough where it makes it hard for them to get the merchandise back or at least where you can make money of the monthly interest.
