An employee assured me that renting Friday and Sunday, skipping Saturday, would be fine. When I returned today to confirm extending for Friday and Sunday, the owner attended me. He refused, insisting I pay for unused days. I said I wouldn't pay for days I wouldn't use. He offered the option to pay more or return and re-rent. When I said I would simply return and re-rent, he grew dissatisfied and pressured me to pay for more days. That's when the conflict escalated. Upon returning the gear, he used offensive language in front of my children, staff, and other customers. It was unacceptable. I recommend you go elsewhere. Many places will treat you with genuine care, kindness, and professionalism. You don't need to endure public disrespect.
