We reviewed the detailed photos and videos with the representative who explained the recommended repairs and additional options to prolong the life of our roof. The price breakdown and contract was easy to understand. We found Matt, the supervisor, professional and easy to communicate with. Matt, Ryan & Josh arrived as expected and began repairing several leaking vents and replacement of all 17 damaged vents. Matt was especially patient in answering my questions regarding what they were doing and why. They installed plywood decking, material, sealed and replaced shingles and restored my roof to a watertight condition. Given the horrific wind and rain storm of the previous night, their cleanup of my gutters and application of moss retardant left my property looking better than when they arrived. except for a great looking roof, you couldn't even tell they had been here. Northwest Roof Maintenance continues to be fabulous. We had Micah come out to inspect our attic and our roof a few weeks ago. Micah gave us an honest opinion, including telling us things we really shouldn't do at this time given the age of our roof and the fact we will probably need to replace our roof in the next 5-10 years. The work he suggested for us to do all made sense and all was reasonably priced. Today, Tanner came out and did a fabulous job. He was here for approximately 4 hours. He fixed some shingles above our gutters that had become a place for wasps to build a nest. He re-routed our bathroom ducts to vent out of our roof instead of into our wall. He also added in some new roof vents to help with overall attic ventilation. All work was completed timely and efficiently. Tanner was patient, kind, and extremely helpful as he walked us through everything he was going to do. He answered all of my questions and kept us updated as he moved throughout his morning. We had our new roof put on by NW Roof Maintenance. First, of all, when they came out to give a quote, they not only looked at the roof, but went into the attic to see if there were ventilation issues (we knew there were) so they could get those fixed while at it. I liked that they used local vendor for the roof shingles. Then, they covered the yard with tarps to help a thorough cleanup. The roof looks great, we've had some heavy rain since it was put on, and it works perfectly. And the ventilation issues in the attic are fixed.
