Erick had his crew out early next day to help me tarp my roof (which he did twice because I messed up the location of where to put the initial tarp, which Erick helped promptly with). He was able to find the issue within 10 minutes and sealed off the area in 20 min. He found there were other areas on our roof that could use some preventative care. He later supplied a reasonable quote and offered to come back the following morning. We had other options but knew we would go with him. The job was finished the next day in about an hr. Leak is gone, and roof is further reinforced. The weather this week in particular has been a cold, windy, and wet one. There was even a light dusting of snow the night before Victor came to work on our roof. We appreciated his proactiveness, and friendly demeanor in our situation. I'd recommend him to any of my neighbors who may have similar issues.

When they finished the job, I could see only very tiny moss on my roof, but it was very very small. That's what sold me on them. You get immediate results after the cleaning rather than having to wait on the moss inhibitor powder from kicking months down the road. Having said that their prices were in line with 3 of 4 quotes I had gotten and I was able to call someone on the phone and ask several questions that they did a great job answering. The only issue I had was that they had to come back to my house two more times to get the job done right. The first time they had a miscommunication with my gutters that was stated in my quote but wasn't done, so they came back and did it. I managed to catch them where they weren't that far away. The second time, was because I requested it because they missed washing a gutter and the ends of my gutter on my dormer were not quite clean. I took pics and sent it to them for proof. They did call me back the next day and apologized and had someone come over in the afternoon to clean the missed gutters and double check all gutters. They did clean all the debris quite well, in fact it looked better than when they started. I really appreciated that. Roof looks great, gutters look great and I'm satisfied, however I was told I would get before and after pics and it's been a few days so far and I have not gotten any pics. I would use them again but definitely recommend double checking their work to make sure nothing was missed.

It was around 25 years old and it was leaking in multiple places. I had a quote within 2 days. Was on the schedule within 5 weeks. And the work was completed in a day. Full removal of the old roof, repairs to the leaking parts of the house, and the new roof installed. I couldn't get a solid count but it seemed like 15 workers. 12 on the roof and 3 folks managing the everything not on the roof. Started at 8am and done by 6pm. It was a thing of beauty. No leftover messes anywhere. The valley's were braided together in a way to prevent water from gathering. Much better than the way they were initially laid. I'd have no qualms about recommending Ed's to anyone looking for roofing work!

This review reflects my personal experience with IBEX over approximately a two-year period, from…read moreroof installation through multiple follow-up service visits. From the start, my project did not include what I understood to be their standard process, which typically involves a pre-job walkthrough and a post-job inspection with the homeowner. In my case, that process did not take place. In hindsight, that missing step appears significant, as several issues were not identified or addressed early. Over the following two years, IBEX returned to my home approximately 4-5 times for installation-related issues. These included step flashing problems that resulted in shingles lifting in affected areas, ridge vent replacement due to improper product selection for the roof design, and replacement of damaged gutters. Minor cosmetic damage was also documented during this period. IBEX did respond in most cases and performed repairs, but the frequency of return visits was higher than expected for a new installation. More recently, while performing routine maintenance in my attic, I discovered organic growth and requested a full inspection. During that inspection, it was documented that ventilation and airflow were not performing as intended. I was told that intake and exhaust pathways were restricted, including blocked or improperly sealed gable vent areas and limited airflow at portions of the eaves due to insulation and framing conditions. To address this, IBEX performed corrective work that required modifying the roof system at the upper roof to attic entry transition point to improve airflow into the attic space. Additional penetration points were also added at the lower roof edge area. Which does not look appealing. At this point, there has not been enough long-term data provided to determine whether they are beneficial or how they will impact performance over time. I was also informed there was differing guidance among technicians regarding whether certain venting adjustments were required in that area. Following these repairs, mold remediation was completed. While IBEX did respond and attempt to correct issues once identified, the overall outcome required repeated service visits and additional modifications beyond the original installation. At this point, the system is no longer in its original installed condition, and I have concerns about long-term performance and ventilation design. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage homeowners to have an attic and roof inspection performed after installation and again at a later date to ensure that ventilation and installation details are functioning as intended and that nothing was missed during the initial process. I'm not sure how this company has 5 star reviews as my experience with J&J Roofing was terrible…read more February 2026, we discovered significant mold in our attic space. Our roof was brand new when we bought it (2019) and to discover ventilation issues inside our attic was a surprise no-one wants. We reached out to multiple roofing companies and we selected J&J Roofing because they promised everything the other companies offered but for about 15% less... or so they claimed. We needed to have an entire reroof which included one layer of plywood to be removed, this is the layer that had the mold. On the quote they said it would cost more IF there were two layers but it was obvious there was only one. Plus the other 4 companies that quoted us said there was only one layer. Also, they almost left the entire layer of molded plywood on. Thankfully my husband was home to catch this serious error which defeated the whole point of why we were reroofing our house in the first place. Then to add insult they tried to charge us at the end for 2 layers. We had to dispute this and they tried to make it seem like they were doing us a favor. Ironically, another roofing company that had quoted us included photos and video which proofed we only had one layer. The quote presented was DECEIVING as when we got the actual bill (after the work was done) it was significantly more than the quote. On some line items it had the tax included, however, they made it seem taxes were included in the quote only to find out that was not that case. This is how they make it seem that they're less than competitors. Here is where the real problems begin. Day of demo the team arrives and are extremely quick about tearing our roof off. However their speed caused A LOT OF DAMAGE. When they tore off the fascia it ripped the underside of the exterior under hangs. See pics. In addition they left significant gaps from the fascia they replaced which is an invitation for bugs and small animals to get inside. An issue we didn't have before. On demo day I watched them cause this damage and although we were told we would have a project manager onsite during the reroof this was not true. The PM was 90% of the time NOT on site. In addition when he came and had the fascia boards they were a cream color. They were supposed to be white. To my face this man lied to me and said they don't come in white. I rushed and got my paint sprayer while my husband ran and got white exterior paint. We quickly got the fascia boards painted and thankfully it was a clear sunny day so it was dried in time for the crew to put up. We also noticed when the roof was off that some of the boards framing our roof were rotted. I asked a crew member as the PM wasn't there if they were going to replace them and they told me yes. Another lie. As they started putting the plywood on, my husband and I noticed the rotted wood was still there and that they "sister-boarded" a new piece of cut wood. I had to call the manager Courtney to come as at this point, my confidence in the crew was gone. They left broken screens and a bunch of nails and screws all around our property. In addition to garbage from the roof packaging. Lastly the PM never came when the work was done to identify areas that needed to be fixed. See pics. We had to call J&J to get someone out and look at all the poor workmanship their crew left. Then they tried to make it seem like it was like that before but it was obvious the damage was caused by their crew. I regret choosing J&J and do not recommend.

They were having a February special which enabled us to get $1,000 off and we jumped on that deal. With the $1,000 savings we were able to get the upgraded roof option that received fantastic reviews online. Working with Courtney at the office to get us scheduled was a breeze. She asked what color roof we wanted, and since it was difficult to make that decision just by looking a photos, Brandon came back out with a couple of color samples that day so we could see what they looked like up against our house. The J&J crew came out the following Friday morning and completed our roof in ONE DAY. Granted, our roof was probably more simplistic than some others, but we were blown away by how quickly they completed it, and they did a fantastic job. Our new roof looks wonderful! Before they started working, they covered everything that was close to the roof, and they cleaned up impeccably before they left. I was thrilled to have found a woman-owned roofing company that had such fabulous reviews on Yelp, and I'm happy to add one more. I highly recommend J&J Roofing if you need a roof replacement.

We needed a few items cleaned up on our roof prior to installing solar panels. Northwest Roof Maintenance was the only company out of the 4 or 5 I called that would even consider doing a job that was less than a full re-roof. The estimator who came, Reuben, was excellent and caught an issue that would have been a major headache for us, so we added that to the job. The first pair of guys who came to do the work a couple weeks later were nice enough, but did a ridiculously bad job on most of the work, leaving the roof in worse condition than it started in and depositing dozens of roofing nails in the grass. I steeled myself for what I assumed would be the pulling-teeth process of getting them to come back and try again. It turns out I had no reason to worry! With an email and a picture of the state of the roof, both Reuben and Christian responded immediately saying the work wasn't up to their standards and they would definitely come back to fix it. They scheduled a new time and the second pair of guys that came, Kyle and Jacob, were both pleasant and did good work. The roof now looks ready for those solar panels. In the end, while the job didn't go perfectly the first time, this company stood by their standards and made it right, with solid customer service and communication along the way. I would definitely call them again if I need more work done on a roof. read more

We actually needed an entire new roof as our shingles had lost all of their integrity, so it was quite the undertaking. But these guys showed up on time every day, always stayed in communication about when they were doing things and what they were doing so it took the guesswork out of what was going on. I don't know how many teams they have, but we had Pablo, Matt, Marlon, and Miguel. Having strangers on top of your house is always an adventure, but we felt completely comfortable the whole time. We have several children and a dog, and they were absolutely mindful of our situation during the work. The biggest thing with a roof installation is always the condition of the property at the end of the job. We take our gardening pretty seriously in this house so naturally, I was apprehensive but they did a cleanup job like I've never seen any roofing company accomplish. The guys were professional and friendly, and worked very quickly, finishing the job in the amount of time that was promised. I don't foresee needing another roof anytime soon, but I would highly recommend this outfit for anyone in the position. read more

I scheduled an inspection after I had another company had pushed to do a replacement with signing that night, and NWRM told me I could probably get a couple more years out of my roof as no leaks were found, I decided to go for the replacement. They had an opening within a week for me and the team showed up right on time (which is slightly early) for the start. The team worked through the heat and even stayed late to make sure they stayed on target. The workmanship was superb and if I had any questions they answered it. During the replacement they found some issues with some dry rot and immediately got to work removed the damaged area and fixed that. The price was well within reason for the size of roof I have and far less then the first company. I can't tell you how impressed I am with the crew that was working on my roof. Pablo, Gage, Austin, Miguel and Marlon do fantastic work. With a special shout out to Gage and Austin for being first in and last out and putting up with my kids asking questions. So pleased with the professional roof cleaning done by three efficient and competent young men here at Officers Row in Vancouver. My particular building was handled by Joey, and I was struck by his gracious and thoughtful demeanor even as he was balancing on a high colonial roof. I came and went throughout the day and each time he greeted me with an engaging smile and wave. The ultimate cleanup was detailed and thorough. The residents patios and furniture were treated with great care as was all landscape. Isaac and Jon completed the efficient crew this week and my neighbors down the Row felt the same as I did! Many thanks for a wonderful job but especially for the kindness Joey extended. He's an exceptional young man and is excellent at customer service even with a pressure washer going full blast. We needed a new roof and decided on NW Roof Maintenance because of a previous positive experience with them. Estimate was fair and very through. All work and clean up were provided in a timely manner and was very professional. Would have given them 5 stars, but was very surprised when work was completed and we had nails sticking out the underside of our eaves (whereas before there were none). NW was very prompt on cutting them off and repainting the paint chips where the nails had come through, but we still have "pock" marks and a few nails nails poking through under our eaves that they couldn't get to. Will probably have to have soffit installed at some point in time to cover exposed wood underneath overhang. Think they should warn home owners who have exposed eaves that this might happen prior to installation. Based on this experience, we would give them 3+, 4- read more

We have a big problem we dealt with every year. We have five giant fir trees in our back yard that cover our house with branches, pine cones and needles, especially after any kind of wind event. Also, these trees shade our house causing the moss to grow out of control on our roof. Basically, a big headache to deal with, our roof was a mess all the time until we found Northwest Roof Maintenance. They came out and made our roof look like new again. They removed all the moss and cleaned out our gutters at the same time. Plus, they did a full inspection to make sure we didn't have any problem areas that could form a leak. What a relief, my house is two stories and I hate getting on the roof that high up. They came out and did a great job and it was worth every penny. I plan to continue to use them from now on. Great experience!! David and Tanner just wrapped up a two day concrete tile roof cleaning/treatment for me, with a lot of anti-ponding repair and a skylight replacement. The guys were extremely friendly, polite and helped in my understanding of the process all the way through. Also much appreciated is the care they took to clean up afterwards and to thoroughly check (visually and with a big ol' magnet) for any debris or metal that may have fallen into the yard. Micah did the quote/inspection and had it all laid out for me. It's a 30 year old tile roof, and they were cognizant of the care needed to maintain it's remaining life. The pricing was quite reasonable, and it really helps that they perform the free detailed quotes for all of that upfront. There were no surprises. I have used Northwest Roof Maintenance probably seven or eight times over the past eight years on our concrete tile roof that is about thirty years old. They have always done a good job and the one time something was a little bit off, they fixed it promptly. Our most recent service was to fix a leak that had started in our attic. While up there, Reuben noticed another leak starting to develop and showed it to me. We went ahead and scheduled NW to fix both leaks. Yesterday, NW was out to fix those leaks and Tanner, Erik and Diego arrived on time, completed the job in one day and went above and beyond the scope of work (without charge) when they noticed extending a new underlay a couple extra feet would have a better long-term success rate. Not only were they on time, they were early! Jacob and Tanner did a great job on our roof and saved us $100 by pointing out that they only needed to install three rather than five permanent safety anchors (Washington law required now) due to the difference in pitch of the garage roof. They also tested and were able to use the roof caps we had saved from the original roof installation 20 years ago, saving us we don't know how much more. They also installed a lifetime-warranteed vent cover to replace a cracked one which, though expensive, could have cost us a lot more in the long run. They showed us what areas to watch in the future. I recently had my first experience with Northwest Roof Maintenance. I must say that I am very pleased with the work they accomplished. From the beginning, the quotes were done quickly and I found the pricing to be very competitive. Next, they showed up on time and performed the work carefully. They were to clean moss off the roof and treat the roof, which they did. The clinker was I had just had my flower beds covered in new bark-dust. Josh and Jake provided excellent service of moss removal on roof. They asked what needed to be done, given the special requests due to HOA regulations and followed through on the specifics. When finished, they pointed out what they saw on the roof, the treatment they applied, and other details of the cleaning. They also sent "after" pictures of the roof. NW Roof maintenance just finished cleaning and treating my 2700 sq ft cement tile roof. This is the second time I have used them. I have also tried other roof cleaners, and the quality of their work really doesn't compare to NW Roof Maintenance. Alex and Josh cleaned my roof and 3 skylights in approximately 6 hours, treated the roof, and replaced some tiles. Superb work today by Gage and Austin of Northwest Roof Maintenance, securing a tarp on our concrete tile roof before more rain causes further damage to our ceiling. They first made sure they understood the problem, investigated weak spots (which they clearly explained using detailed photos), and placed a tarp large enough to cover both suspect valleys. The last thing people want to do when they're off the clock is think about work so I'm happy I bumped in to Bryan while getting groceries. I was very hesitant on who to hire but he took the time to show me examples of other roofs he's worked on and how they included photographs of all work done and a walk-around video with the invoice to make sure everything is perfect. Requested a quote for roof/gutter cleaning and treatment for moss. Micah was prompt and provided the quote including pictures. Damage to pipe flashing was noted and a quote provided. Service date was available the same week. The team from Northwest (Jake, Angelo and Josh L.) completed the work in the time estimated. They were wonderful to work with through the whole process! We had our roof/skylights cleaned, they fixed a couple shingles and a flashing and helped trim away some of the limbs that were going over our roof. When the rain didn't come as expected, they came out and rinsed off the rest of the product the very next day after I asked (thank you, Tanner!). Quick, efficient and thorough! Our roof was brand new when we bought it (2019) and to discover ventilation issues inside our attic was a surprise no-one wants. We reached out to multiple roofing companies and we selected J&J Roofing because they promised everything the other companies offered but for about 15% less... or so they claimed. We needed to have an entire reroof which included one layer of plywood to be removed, this is the layer that had the mold. On the quote they said it would cost more IF there were two layers but it was obvious there was only one. Plus the other 4 companies that quoted us said there was only one layer. Also, they almost left the entire layer of molded plywood on. Thankfully my husband was home to catch this serious error which defeated the whole point of why we were reroofing our house in the first place. Then to add insult they tried to charge us at the end for 2 layers. We had to dispute this and they tried to make it seem like they were doing us a favor. Ironically, another roofing company that had quoted us included photos and video which proofed we only had one layer. The quote presented was DECEIVING as when we got the actual bill (after the work was done) it was significantly more than the quote. On some line items it had the tax included, however, they made it seem taxes were included in the quote only to find out that was not that case. This is how they make it seem that they're less than competitors. Here is where the real problems begin. Day of demo the team arrives and are extremely quick about tearing our roof off. However their speed caused A LOT OF DAMAGE. When they tore off the fascia it ripped the underside of the exterior under hangs. See pics. In addition they left significant gaps from the fascia they replaced which is an invitation for bugs and small animals to get inside. An issue we didn't have before. On demo day I watched them cause this damage and although we were told we would have a project manager onsite during the reroof this was not true. The PM was 90% of the time NOT on site. In addition when he came and had the fascia boards they were a cream color. They were supposed to be white. To my face this man lied to me and said they don't come in white. I rushed and got my paint sprayer while my husband ran and got white exterior paint. We quickly got the fascia boards painted and thankfully it was a clear sunny day so it was dried in time for the crew to put up. We also noticed when the roof was off that some of the boards framing our roof were rotted. I asked a crew member as the PM wasn't there if they were going to replace them and they told me yes. Another lie. As they started putting the plywood on, my husband and I noticed the rotted wood was still there and that they "sister-boarded" a new piece of cut wood. I had to call the manager Courtney to come as at this point, my confidence in the crew was gone. They left broken screens and a bunch of nails and screws all around our property. In addition to garbage from the roof packaging. Lastly the PM never came when the work was done to identify areas that needed to be fixed. See pics. We had to call J&J to get someone out and look at all the poor workmanship their crew left. Then they tried to make it seem like it was like that before but it was obvious the damage was caused by their crew. I regret choosing J&J and do not recommend.

They were having a February special which enabled us to get $1,000 off and we jumped on that deal. With the $1,000 savings we were able to get the upgraded roof option that received fantastic reviews online. Working with Courtney at the office to get us scheduled was a breeze. She asked what color roof we wanted, and since it was difficult to make that decision just by looking a photos, Brandon came back out with a couple of color samples that day so we could see what they looked like up against our house. The J&J crew came out the following Friday morning and completed our roof in ONE DAY. Granted, our roof was probably more simplistic than some others, but we were blown away by how quickly they completed it, and they did a fantastic job. Our new roof looks wonderful! Before they started working, they covered everything that was close to the roof, and they cleaned up impeccably before they left. I was thrilled to have found a woman-owned roofing company that had such fabulous reviews on Yelp, and I'm happy to add one more. I highly recommend J&J Roofing if you need a roof replacement.

For a very reasonable price, my front yard and back are beautiful and weed-free. In the before and after pictures attached you can see weeds over 10' tall in my back yard. All Seasons professionals came in and magically my backyard became a place we want to invite friends. We had pavers on either side of our driveway that had sunk several inches below the driveway, creating a serious trip hazard. All Seasons leveled the ground and reset them in cement. It really upgraded the look of the whole area. They pulled out everything we identified we wanted to go and made the rest look well put together. They carefully shaped several trees (including one 50' high!), pulled out a number of volunteer plants we didn't want, and did it all with hand-shovels to be careful about any utilities. They even put back the soaker hose we had run a few weeks before in the exact same place it had been! On top of all this, they really are ALL SEASONS. They put up holiday lights! We're reserving a spot at the beginning of fall to make sure we get exactly what we want for that t too!

He was able to find the issue within 10 minutes and sealed off the area in 20 min. He found there were other areas on our roof that could use some preventative care. He later supplied a reasonable quote and offered to come back the following morning. We had other options but knew we would go with him. The job was finished the next day in about an hr. Leak is gone, and roof is further reinforced. The weather this week in particular has been a cold, windy, and wet one. There was even a light dusting of snow the night before Victor came to work on our roof. We appreciated his proactiveness, and friendly demeanor in our situation.
