Ken, Will and the NW Solar Protection crew have done many jobs for me. They have taken care of my vehicle tinting, decals for trailers and work vehicles, custom motorcycle graphics and even came out to my home for privacy window tinting. The home window tint helped reduce the amount of heat in my home and decreased my A/C bill. Thanks for the hard work and will continue using in the future. read more

Two things set them apart over others. The number of positive reviews and the quote request through Yelp. I called around and everyone was about the same price for the front two windows on my F150. I sent a quote request and got a response within minutes. He was able to get me in a couple days later. Once I got there the guy doing the work was very helpful in explaining the different tints and what was legal and what was not. He made sure I knew everything before I chose the tint. He did my windows in the shade I wanted and I was out in About 30 minutes. Both the owner and the guy who tinted my truck were very pleasant and seemed very knowledgeable. I will recommend to anyone needing tinting read more

Best window tinter in spokane. I had them do my 2015 F350 and Darren mentioned he tinted homes. I was so impressed with my truck along with the courtesy in witch I was treated I call Darren about my house. After 15min with him I felt so educated on the film's and what they could do that it wasn't even a question of who I sold use but a matter of how soon he could start. Darren and his team came in to my home and treated it like it was the white house they where quite fast and I almost didn't know they where there. Except for the amazing window tint left behind that was exactly what I wanted and exactly what Darren showed me and to to it all off the price was very affordable. I will use these guys any time I have a window in need and so should you. read more

Meet the Business Owner: Darren R.

window tinting started out as a dream job for me 14 yrs ago. While going through college I had one of my cars tinted. The tinting process was fascinating to me. After talking with the owner of that shop I started tinting two weeks later. I have not looked back since. Still to this day it is my dream job and absolutely love going to work every day.

Looked fine and all, sat in the driver's seat and immediately noticed the corner window was not lined up and bubbly. Since it was closing it had to bring it back another day to get it fixed. Scheduled to get a visor strip on my truck the next week to give them the befit. Sure it looked good from the outside, immediately as I drive off I see there is a gap in the corner and my dash cam wires were pulled and not retucked to my headliner, (this was from them pulling my camera to move it, I get that but tuck the wires you yank out - further they denied they did this.) had to bring it back another day to get that obvious gap fixed. Had to bring back my Subaru to get the window redone. (more gas) Had to bring my truck back to be redone. (more gas) Wasted countless hours for 2 trips for 2 vehicles just to get the job right. Clearly no quality control before it's shipped out the door, feels like 'hope they don't notice' mantality. In the end, just a passive, 'sorry' as I leave (which I wasnt sure I was going to get) from the owner as if he passes them out to all the customers. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Very knowledgable person and offers great customer service. Darren opened up his store on a Saturday so that we can get our tints done. The quality of the tints came out perfect as there were no bubbles and the shades of the tints looked top notch. Only suggestion I would give would be to offer more shades of tints like a 10-15% shade option since there's a big jump from 20-5% only. On April 24, 2015 Darrin and a helper arrived right on time to begin work. They worked quickly and efficiently removing the old, failed material, then made sure all window surfaces were beyond squeaky clean. What really impressed me was that they trimmed the new film with virtually no edge border to let unfiltered light through. And not on just a window or two--on every one! Great price, great service, great work! When they told me they would only need my car for two hours I was a bit skeptical. I had to bring my 3 year old with me to the appointment, so even while skeptical I hoped it was true. We dropped the car off, walked across the street for lunch and froyo, then headed back to the shop and our car was done. They explained the benefits of the different tint materials and even worked with me on the price.
