I mentioned how another shop (509 Tints C...) left a mess and scratched the clear coat on my precious vehicle and how I felt ripped off. Here my car was returned clean and above and beyond work. The price is 100% best in town. Definitely a fraction of a few places who I've seen do poor quality work and think they're high end due to their pricing... if you're on a budget and want quality tint I HIGHLY suggest Precision. When getting quoted for a job they did not come look at the car and the new part I wanted to install so I either thought they were confident they know what they're doing/talking about, but no. They assumed it was a part different than discussed and didn't realize it would require more work than replacing the original part. They then asked for more time mid job and an increase in the job's cost (from what I originally agrred and signed for. I returned at a later date to ask how much it would be to finish and they said since the bumper has to come off, it would take around 2 hours of labor, so the cost would be $300. The original tech had told me he had everything routed for me to finish wiring "without" taking the bumper off. So either it takes them a ridiculous amount of time to take a bumper off I could do in much less than an hour, or they're lying about things and can't keep their stories straight. No wonder I've walked in while they argued on the phone with someone.

Prices were reasonable and they were able to get me in within the next few days (only because of the holiday). I got a tint job on my windows and back windshield plus the clear bra package. The work looks really great! Hard to distinguish the clear bra which is awesome. I also asked if they could cover the top of the side skirts which they did. They also took me to work and picked me up while doing work on the car which was appreciated. Lastly, they didn't drive my car around haha. TLDR: Friendly people, amazing service, good deal (take that dealership!) and would recommend to anyone!

When I arrived, I was told the service provided for that Groupon would be vacuuming and wiping down the interior, no leather cleaning, no detailed cleaning, nothing else. Even though I used a Groupon, for $70 (that I couldn't cancel), I could've vacuumed and wiped down my interior myself...I was really bummed. When I picked up my car, I found that even the wiping down of the interior wasn't done well, there were areas in plain view that still had dust and crumbs left (& my car really wasn't dirty, it's well maintained). The staff was very nice both times, but I felt like I was ripped off with the interior cleaning service, don't know if I'll go back for anything in the future.

(nothing on the site said additional cost, I looked) I tried to use their 'chat' where they put in on a text with the local store. They refuse to use this and tell you to call in, when you call in they don't answer. So you go visit the location an get treated like junk. I walked in and got a harsh "HI" from the from desk kid, I said, "Hi, how are you?" but no response. I walked over the the desk he was at and said I was interested in a remote start. He says, "Let me guess, the $299, free install on our site?" I say "Yeah, that is the one" He says, "That is not the actual price, there are part that cost more, it says on our website" - like he is already super irritated I asked. I show him his site on my phone to show me, and tell me "Well its not on our mobile site!" For real?, that was his response! Ok, additional costs - I am thinking, sure maybe a wiring harness or something. Then he proceeds to walk around the store for about 3 minutes going in and out each door, I wait thinking he is doing something. He comes back and says he is going to look up my car. I ask if he can give me an idea of what I am looking at for price, just ballpark. He tell me "You are not getting out of here any less than $750 for that!", I ask, more than twice the price of the unit itself? He just looks at me like I am so idiot, that is when I just said I will take my business elsewhere, He says "Whatever, I was looking up your price." Anyways, the services hasn't changed ever. They lie to you on their site to get you in the door and try to sell you other things, classic marketing BS.
