My contractor highly recommended this company because he was familiar with their quality of work and good pricing. I was extremely happy with the quality of the doors, the professionalism of the owner, Joe Nichols, and good customer service. The installer went to great pains to make sure my door fit properly, even though I had thrown him a curve by deciding at the last minute to have a tile entryway installed prior to the door arriving. It was hard work, but the installer did a great job! The door is air-tight and looks beautiful. I hope to purchase another door in the future and will definitely use this company. read more

I don't usually write reviews but when you get good service I think you should pass the word along. We just had our windows replaced by Northwest Building Resources and they did a wonderful job. Joe came out to give us an estimate and provided us with options that would work for us. No pressure to buy just helpful information. The install went great Richard is a great installer every question or concern I had he answered or he made it happen. We had one issue with a piece if trim under one of the windows Joe ordered came out and fixed it no questions asked. They have been gracious and helpful in both instances. They bent over backwards to offer us help, honest, professional advice, and the subcontractors who did the installation did excellent work. Also, the gutters, installed by Richland Gutters, (who I believe works with NBR regularly) were quickly and efficiently installed and they look great.
