I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding an incident involving one of your…read morestaff members, her name is Pamela (or so she said over the phone) my dad did not see any name tag on her. This happened on July 29 around 13:35. Pamela made derogatory comments about my father, who is an elderly gentleman, simply because he does not speak English fluently. She said that if he doesn't speak English he shouldn't come to the store or at least he should have somebody with him that is fluent in English in order to make her life easier. Later, over the phone, I told her that was a rude comment to make to a customer but she ignored my concern. Because of time constraints, we used the service of this company, but we will not return. I would rather drive 10 extra minutes to have this service provided by someone else, than to hand my money to someone who makes horrible and ignorant comments.
