This place is horrible! The manager Leanne is dishonest, unethical and rude. I went in to pay off a loan on my truck and gave them one thousand dollars of my money. They in return handed me my contact with them for my truck that was stamped PAID and dated. I received the wrong title in the mail and when I went in to fix the mistake I was blackmailed by Leanne the manager saying that yes they did make a mistake but they were not going to fix this problem because I had fallen behind on my other loan. Essentially holding my truck title hostage (that I paid off by the way with proof!) until the other loan is paid in full which in pretty sure is illegal.
