He had been declared incompetent two months earlier as we explained to them. The sessions they charged him for had already been paid for with the previously payed up care credit loan. After my daughter's passing, they showed me a surprising amount of support and extra care. Not always or necessarily extra treatments, but these people and their customer service goes beyond treating myself and others like just quality customers that fill their pockets. But they treat their clients/customers like the humans we are and really consider us as a whole being that just wants to be considered for the things we've experienced and help aid us to get better. All that to say, I love going to the chiropractor. I love how the adjustments make me feel and in a funny way they really feel like family. At least for me. I really appreciate Dr Greys approach and overall kindness and consideration for my feelings and emotions and with the small amount of information or knowledge into my life. I have a lot of trust for Dr Grey when it comes to his treatment suggestions, adjustments, and he is always willing to work with me when I can't afford certain treatments or make the whole payment for each visit. But He's also great at considering my body autonomy which speaks volumes and is SO important being a young woman. I pay out-of-pocket and when my daughter first passed, I quit my job and eventually became too broke to afford regular visits and also ranked up a decent bill on my account and even after I technically ghosted them, they reached out with a complimentary adjustment in hopes that I wouldn't regress and to make sure I'm doing well. They were the only dentist that was honest about my teeth situation and so thorough in my consult that I learned I was severely low in Vitamin D, tongue tied and had a sinus situation I wasn't aware of. BCD was the only dentist I could find that would remove my old mercury filling, cut the tongue tie (significantly improving tension in the neck with release of facia) and provided a holistic approach while doing it. Not one of my local dentists would touch the mercury filling/crown because it "wasn't bothering me". Never mind I had a sinus issue, a pain behind my ear and a gland that was ALWAYS swollen and noticeably bad breath! Once the mercury was removed I noticed a significant improvement in my overall health, swollen gland and bad breath gone and gum health improved immediately clearing up a grayish color where the metal filling was. The tongue tie was my biggest surprise for instant relief. What a blessing this company provided me, and I can't thank them enough!

At my last appointment, the doctor mentioned that there was a mole that could be removed as preventative, one day the mole could be cancerous or never be cancerous at all but I would have to pay out-of-pocket for the insurance would not cover it. It was 800+ dollars. Six months later I called to schedule an appointment and they had informed me that I had been discontinued as a patient since I did not schedule to remove the mole. Since when does not doing an optional treatment make me a liability? Their words. I think this is a gross overreach for money and I'm glad to be done with them. It's not about care it's about dollars and cents. Response: Thank you for responding with all of your fluff as I knew you would. I know for a fact that you were not in the room when the doctor and I had said discussion. The reason the insurance would not cover the cost of the mole removal was because it did not display all the indicators of cancer that it in fact could be completely normal for the rest of my life.
