I have had all my vehicles tinted here, with very good results. until i brought Cody a beat up car i bough. paid full price, when i picked up the car widows were super dirty. after i cleaned my windows i could see dirt and grim under the tint. I tried to contact the shop and Cody's cell phone, i was told: -we are very busy right now. -ill have Cody call you. -Cody is sick and cant call you back right now. iv called 5 times, i tired to be fair. Spoke with a woman at the booth for the Home and Garden show this year (2025) and Brandy called later to book an appointment for an estimate. I was a little surprised to wait for an appt for almost a month but there was no hurry since we already had window film from some years ago. I was called about a week before our appt to let me know that Cody would be out of town and I could have either Monday or noon on Tuesday just before the original appt. I took Tuesday since I was busy on Monday. I was called by Brandy that morning and asked if I still wanted the appointment (??!) and I said yes. I put the dogs up at noon and we waited. I expected maybe a phone call if they needed extra instructions on getting here or to tell me they were late. I never heard anything at all, no call, no nothing, nobody ever showed up and nobody bothered to call. I would never do business with a company like this, I would wonder if they would be around after the application if there was anything wrong. read more

I called around and got prices to tint my 2013 Chevy Malibu. They ranged anywhere from $325-$275, with an extra charge for the windshield strip. Called Northwest, and got quoted at $225 for all windows, including the strip. Looked them up online, and they had great reviews. Everyone else was booked out 2-3 weeks, but he fit me in the next day. I went in early, before opening, and was greeted by a very friendly guy named Ray. He went over the options with me, gave me his opinion, and promised I would be happy or he'd fix it. He estimated 3-4 hours, and I got a call at 3.5 hours that my car was complete. Showed up, and absolutely LOVE the work they did. My car looks amazing, and they did a perfect job. The best part--when I wasn't completely sold on the size of the windshield strip...he had me come back in the day I called, and he had it fixed within 20 minutes, for free! I would recommend Northwest Window Film to all of my friends/family. They do incredible work, they are super friendly, easy to find, and they guarantee your satisfaction. Good job by Ray and crew. I have two and a half story high ship's prow picture windows. There are some odd angles. Ray and two helpers brought in scaffolding and got the job done in one day. They were very professional, kept the mess to a minimum. They even taped cardboard to the door/sill where they brought in the scaffolding. They were courteous and friendly. Windows look great and they did a great job cutting the film to fit the odd angles. Nicely done. I think the price was reasonable. Would use again. read more
