I went in…read moreand wanted an inch of my hair with some layers (not short I told her) I have natural curly hair so a little cut goes a long way. I left and didn't know weather to cry or scream. She cut at least 4 inches off to give me my layers. It is way too short all over. I called in and spoke to the manager and explained what had happened and that my hairstylist name was Kim. All I got was sorry to hear that.....then silence. If you have curls beware of people who don't know how to cut them.

There are some days where they are absolutely swamped and other days there is no one inside but you and all the staff. Overall, the experience is great and that's why I keep coming back.
