Upon arriving, I was not told to wash my hands before getting my nails done and to just sit down. Feels like a bit of a red flag. There were no other people working and also absolutely no music or anything. The woman doing my nails had no idea where anything was. It was pretty dirty for a nail salon too. She burned my nails a few times with the nail drill. The worst part was she used a previously opened lotion package (looks like to go sauce from Culver's for ranch) and used it on my hands. Not only did it smell awful but it was like a cottage cheese consistency. Will not be going back. read more

save your money, not worth the cost at all. On their website the pedicure I got was supposed to cost $47, plus $10 for shellac. It cost $70 when we got there. It was advertised that it was a thorough massage and all the extras, there was no massage there was just some rubbing with stones. Then when we went to go pay, there was no computer working and we had to either use cash or Venmo. It all seemed very shady and I will absolutely not be going back. read more

This is the best pedicure massage I have ever had! Kim is amazing and everyone is so nice. Relaxing music and fair pricing.

I called to see if they do gel X. Nina/ Gina said yes. She did my nails. She cut my skin multiple times. The work was not very great. She charged me the price of gel x in California for bad work. I had to leave for my plans. In less than two hours, they lifted which has never happened before. I came back the next day to get them fixed and she refused to come and fix it. Unprofessional. Didn't let me get in contact with the owner. She tried to make me pay for the soak off as well. Ridiculous. This is not how you do business. She did not know how to do gel x and she provided horrible service. She said she had to take care of me because I'm Vietnamese but she should take care of me because I'm a paying customer. She charged 65, that's not cheap. As a daughter of a Vietnamese nail salon owner, I would never treat customers this way. read more

If I could review them a negative 10 that is what I would do. I went for a pedicure. I brought my own color. A man looked unhappy about that but led me to a chair anyway. When the person came to start she was acting very rushed even though there was no people waiting and also one person free to work. She tried to start but I noticed she brought her kit straight from the person she just left and sis not sanitize anything. I asked her if I could have sanitized tools she made a sound and slammed down her kit and went to the back to get it. Off to a great start! - not. Then she rushed doing everything. Didn't do any of the usual things a person wants in a pedicure- no cuticles clipped, no hangnails worked on, and to top it off no top coat! Also she only covered part of some of my toenails. When it came time to pay the charged me $5 more than their listed price and told me it was because things are so expensive. I said no you charge me what your fee list states. They still charged me the extra and so I gave no tip and told them I will never be back. I have been going to Sky nails for years, even before they changed the name to sky nails. The owner is great, but I am extremely disappointed this past time when I went there with my two daughters. I get that they were busy and I didn't make an appointment, but if they don't have the time to correctly do nails, then just tell people!!! Instead we waited the 30min which was fine but then when it was my daughters turn the female that was doing her nails was extremely rude. She didn't even do multiple coats to get the right color and then zero top coat. My daughter bumped a nail and they didn't even fix it, instead I had to paint the color back on! I could have had more fun and done a better job had we just stayed home. Just a horrible experience that I paid for. They had a wonderful lady their named Cindy but she left shortly... at this point seeing how rude the other ladies were I DON'T blame her! Sad that they lost such a great stylist as she liked to try the newest and up to date styles. This time when I asked for something new the same rude lady that did my daughters nails actually told me No, that I could have one color. I just ended up saying never mind I'll just get my nails done another day. What a terrible experience we had. After this I will not be back. WORST experience of my life. I have never left a negative review in my life and I will be cross positing this on every platform I can find. The gal who did my dip it seems intentionally butchered my nails completely. They are not smooth whatsoever. The ends are ridged and uneven, scratching things are also glued down my skin to my nails. They are over the edges of my finger nails even at the bottom. I have no idea how another salon will take these off and not be painful. Just rubbing my fingers over the top of my nail it's bumping, uneven and UUUUGGGHHHH. Plus, I asked if they could do a matte finish, she said yes. I read to bottle as she was doing it and it was a matte finish for shellac NOT DIP. And wow, no surprise, the top coat was peeling off within 2 hours of leaving. The customer service was awful and they spoke to each other the entire time and hardly spoke to me at all unless she was complaining out how badly it was turning out. By the end I was obviously surprised by the awful experience that I had endured and not a single employee seemed to care. Turns out they still charged me $46. DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF. read more

Was able to spend the afternoon with my two daughters getting pampered. My oldest and I elected to have a deluxe pedicure. I selected Lavender to destress. The massage chairs are fabulous! They use a plastic liner on the foot baths. They took their time to ensure the pedicure was very relaxing. They provided bottles of water. The hot towels and stone massage was amazing! Many colors of polish to choose from. I will definitely be back for future pedicures!! We all elected to get our nails done as well. I went with the square tip dipped nails. The technician kept discussing how busy it was today and how the process for dipping was very long. That was very disappointing. I've had dipping done at other places and know it can be rather long process. I feel the finished product is very nice but for cost I would have expected more. In the future I will not have them do the dipped nails. My youngest went with tips in shellac. She elected coffin shape and to implement multiple colors in her nails. The final product was very nice. She also felt the technician was in a hurry and pointed out she was nicked twice in the procedure. My oldest already had nails so she elected to stay with the coffin shape and go with a bolder burgundy color in a matte finish. They looked beautiful and she has already decided she will be going back for all her nail needs. read more

I had been here a few times before today, and the quality had always been decent. But today was not okay. Three of my fingers were bleeding after she finished, and I have a decent sized cut on my pinky finger from the nail file. I've been wearing band-aids on my fingers, not the best way to show off a new manicure. She also didn't do anything to my cuticles, and left the dip power all over my fingers, so I had to clean it off myself once I got home. Definitely will not be returning. read more

And they did not want to fix them after they saw that they messed it up while putting the foam slippers on . They have a lot of options and will definitely try to up sell you on the spa/deluxe option, which I have done several times and it is worth it if you have a little extra time, especially after the long winter months of neglecting my feet! Their standard pedicures are great though too. The most friendly staff I've ever encountered at a nail salon, very clean, and I've never had to wait very long for a walk-in. I have found "my nail place." I had a deluxe mani/pedi. Kim was friendly and did an amazing job-- she knows what she's doing and cares about helping you have a relaxing visit. Deluxe pedicures include sugar scrub, hot towel wrap, and hot stone massage. You also get to choose from about 10 different scent packages--the scent is carried through the entire experience from the water through the hot stone massage. The vibe is awkwardly silent and the nail tech was rude, I brought in the polish I wanted to used due to limiting my exposure to germ transfer and she used her polish on my feet anyway! I wish I could give zero stars. This was the worst nail experience I've had. I took my daughter and her friend, for the 3 of us it was $123. They asked for a heart design on 2 nails and it looked like my daughter did it herself. There is no way either of the women we had could have done any of the designs pictured. There was no manicure whatsoever. No cuticles. Completely rushed. The dips were lumpy. My daughter has cuts all over her fingers from where the lady was filing too aggressively. I mean, I've had cuts before, but not like this. I wanted dip color 13. She told me where to find it. It was marked 13. I gave it to her. I said it didn't look anything like the color in the book. She was halfway done before she looked in the book and verified it wasn't the right color. Then she suddenly remembered they were out of #13. When I finally said I really didn't like the color that was in the container marked #13, she started saying it was my fault because I picked the color. It was absolutely horrible customer service. I can't believe they are still in business. So, I'm out $123 and a nice set of nails and the 30 minutes it took me to write this review, but I hope it helps save someone else from having to go through what we went through. read more

My daughter and I did a girls day and decided to get mani pedis and it was absolutely horrible. The chairs they set us in we're not worth the price. We put our feet in ICE cold water. They were speaking nonstop to each other and didn't speak to us the whole time. As if we were an in convince to them. They didn't offer us anything to drink. When they put us under the dryer to have our nails dry they were freezing fans and they just walked away and never came back to explain how long to repeat the process. My daughter and I just waited and after nobody came to check on us after about 10 minutes we left. Our nails apparently weren't all the way dried because they smudge completely. I asked them about their 20% off for new customers discounts as it was our first time being there and it's listed on their website. They said it was a 2019 discount. Waste of time and money. My mom and I walked in and was seated right away. We both had the basic pedicure which runs $30.00. It was the best pedicure I've had in a long time. They use a lavender scent scrub on my legs that made my legs the softest they have ever been. They also use hot rocks when they messaged my legs. That felt like heaven. Worst nail job ever. My nails were not smooth and the length of my nails were not the same. I requested a French and the painting was horrible --- crooked, not the same arch. Underneath of my nails were not cleaned up. I have 2 places where she drew blood and it took 1 hour and 45 minutes. Extremely disappointed and will have another shop re-do them. UGGGH. read more
