My order? I had burnt ends, a Caesar Salad, cornbread, and a slice of key lime pie for dessert. The fact all these came together in the same order with a wait time that wasn't suicide inducing is always a plus, especially in a delivery setting. The cornbread was cake-like and soft, and the butter that came with it complimented this cornbread perfectly! I have no complaints about this cornbread. The Caesar Salad come with blue cheese dressing. The salad dressing wasn't great, but the salad itself was actually really good. Just make sure you eat it the day you get it because the Croutons lose their crunch if you store it for leftovers, and grab a fork for the dressing if you're gonna have the dressing at all. In fact, the whole salad does not hold for too long, so it was a good thing I didn't wait another day to finish this so as not to risk it wilting. Other than those, you get a great portion and it's actually really good when you first get it. The key lime pie is pretty good and tastes just like a key lime pie should. No complaints here either. Now for the burnt ends. The meat can be a little tough, but I can get over that, especially with the BBQ sauce. If you can't get over the toughness of the meat, then you'll have a tough time with this. Overall, they're good and definitely an option for barbecue if you are close to Waterbury but do not want to actually go there. I can only give this four stars because I have not actually been to this place in person and only ever had this through delivery. If I do actually go there, I may change this to a five.
