Everything here is expensive, but the quality of the clothes, the selection to choose from and the staff all make it such a great store and experience. I actually drive all the way from Alabama to come get a hair cut and a beard trim. Typically giving large tips because of the great service. Today my drive was delayed a few minutes because of July 4th traffic coming from an hour away, and also with it being a busy weekend it took a couple of extra minutes to find parking. I arrived exactly 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and was told I would have to reschedule because there was another appointment an hour after mine. I offered to shorten the appointment time and not get the beard done. My haircuts typically take about 25 minutes. No other explanation or reason was given. I have never heard of this policy from them and it very unfortunate that it had to be after driving over an hour in the middle of my workday to get a haircut. Wasn't a fan of the receptionist's customer service, and will sadly be finding a new place to get a cut.
