Mr. Doughty is the nicest, most pleasant individual I have ever dealt with and he is very efficient in what he does. For $5, he will notarize any document you may need, same as any other notary public, but with him, you feel as though you are in good hands and won't ever feel rushed. She made a snarky comment refusing to recognize or move the item I came with. The manager response after this interaction was ". She was confused as to which package was yours among the many on the counter. She is a bit shy and may have been at a loss". False as i was the last / next person up to front. On July 16, 2024, I visited the store to print some documents. An employee's tone of voice was noticeably unpleasant when she asked, "Can we help you?"--it came across as irritated or frustrated. When I requested assistance, she refused to print my copy. I calmly asked to speak with another employee, but she declined my request. At that point, I chose to remove myself from the building and she contacted the police while waiting outside. Injustice On that day i was verbally trespassed from the owners private property.
