She was confused as to which package was yours among the many on the counter. She is a bit shy and may have been at a loss". False as i was the last / next person up to front. On July 16, 2024, I visited the store to print some documents. An employee's tone of voice was noticeably unpleasant when she asked, "Can we help you?"--it came across as irritated or frustrated. When I requested assistance, she refused to print my copy. I calmly asked to speak with another employee, but she declined my request. At that point, I chose to remove myself from the building and she contacted the police while waiting outside. Injustice On that day i was verbally trespassed from the owners private property. Bad business / Bad Attitudes. This is my true experience

One of the services that they advertise on the front of their building is making signs. I took in a small already fabricated metal sign on Thursday with a copy of what we wanted to put on the sign. I went back in on Tuesday mid morning just to see if there was any progress the and if they had a proof. They lost the sign in the store so I stood around for 30 minutes while they looked for it. Then I was told another employee will be in at 10:30 that may know where it was so I decided to head back over at 10:45. Once in the store, I was totally ignored by the lady that was the one that actually took my order. She was within 6 feet from me, didn't say a word and she went straight to the back room never to be seen again. That left one lady at the counter, waiting on multiple customers as they came in while the gentleman was preoccupied with something else. I was able to get his attention after 30 minutes and asked him if I could speak to him in private. That other employee ended up showing at 11:30 went back behind the counter and then all of a sudden the gentleman reached up on the shelf and I heard him say here it is. Handed it to her, and then she came over, laid it on the counter in front of me. No apology ! They just continued to go about their business.

Couldn't fly home without the ID & cards in the wallet and had to arrange alternative plans to get back home to PA. Kim at the Daniel Island UPS was an our guardian angel! After spending near 12 hours phone hopping with different UPS service providers trying to locate this package, Kim personally drove down to the UPS warehouse and spent hours (easily 7pm-11pm!) searching. She kept direct contact with us, updating where the package was and redirected the package to be shipped back to PA instead of the original destination of Charleston, SC.
