The day of our ceremony we were running late and yet they both were very patient and understanding. We were traveling from Naples to the Brooksville courthouse. Once we got set up and our ceremony started, both the groom and I were very happy with our vows and ceremony. Mika let me share a playlist that she played before during and after our ceremony and to this music lover was a detail I was so happy with! She say stated requirements. I said again could either visually or on piece of paper show me how much space is needed for stamp so I can fix it and come back. She stated she was done and to have nice day. I ask for manager or her boss info she stated she was highest person I could speak to which was not true. Worst service I have ever experienced at any financial institution. Will never do business there as ling she works there. Gave several chances to fix her mistake and refused. File compliant with corporate and complaint with bbb and state. She failed at her job and as notary. She turned a simple request into nightmare.
