I had no idea how clueless I am on what exactly I needed to get started other than what I just stated. She asked about Receipts and all these other options I had not even thought about yet. And of course, the cynical side of me thought OH NO this is going to be SO EXPENSIVE! I waited for the quote.... It was less than 60$ total. I am not sure what I was expecting but I KNOW it was much worse than 60$! Ths place offers so many things that it is a one-stop shop for a start-up business. I did ask if I got my fliers done here and ran out do they save all my stuff and then all I get to do is come back and reorder. The answer is yes. So there you go. Oh, I think it's important for those of you who are not from Florida that this place is like a Mom and Pop shop like a Kinko's or something. Very friendly and awesome prices.

I entered the Staples store in Spring Hill, Florida close to 7 pm, its closing time. I didn't…read morerealize the time. Anyway, I needed some prints made from my email. The process of printing from your email off your cell phone takes about 5 minutes or less, but I didn't know what I was doing, of course! There was a lady with brunette hair that works there who was hovering near me and she very nicely asked me if I needed some help? I realized the time and was like, Do I need to leave since you close at 7 pm? And she was like, No, you already started and I can help you get this rolling! That was so cool. I said, Of course, I need help and let's get going. She helped me through the whole process and my 13 prints came out perfectly in no time. She even closed it out for me and walked me to the door. She said, Have a good night! And, I said, You, too! :) What an awesome place. I didn't get her name, but she knows who she is and I Thank You, Ma'am, for being such an Awesome person for helping me complete my job! It's been since October. No repair nor refund offered. I was told it was UPS fault. Highly unprofessional to not have made the claim from the shippers end. I would not suggest you trust this company to know how to deal with shipping. I have clients waiting and they act like these are my hobby and 500.00 is like dropping a quarter in the parking lot!
