I have had some minor issues with this Notary Signing Service in the past but my last straw was this Notary Service charged my clients a "print" fee for rescheduling the signing. Its was not a large fee but its a RIDICULOUS fee!!! ****News Flash**** if the real estate transaction doesn't close NOBODY gets paid ITS THE COST OF DOING BUSINESS!!! Twice this week I have gotten my behind chewed out over the thoughtlessness committed by people involved with Notary Near You. I sent them docs this afternoon letting them know that the signing needed to be done this evening....they scheduled it for Friday at 3. Loan officer called me and ripped me a new one. I have used them in the past and they were great..i don't know what's changed but I do know one thing I'm going to change....notary companies. Then I get an email from someone after I let them know that they need to get this corrected and their response "in the future Robert do your best to have docs emailed asap! :)" There are times when I'm only given an hour to get docs done, get it scheduled and make sure it's with a notary.....YOU as a NOTARY SERVICE should understand that. read more
