Did you know that faxing 12 pages will cost you 11 bucks? Yep. It sure will. So those companies that are still living in the Flintstone era are costing you an arm and a leg! A brontosaurus leg at that! This store is small. The young ladies that were in there, three to be exact were very chatty among themselves. They helped the customers that came in but they lacked in actual customer service. As in any real appeal to care that we were actual customers and were there needing some assistance. They were much more into their conversation about makeup and some fat-buster that one of them was using that really hurt while using it. They were clearly VERY busy. Clearly. And we were just in the way. They also cleaned while I was in the store sprayed Lysol every and wiped down the counter top so at least the air is chemical laden! Oh yeah! I walked in to return my spectrum equipment. There was no one in the store yet the THREE employees that were standing near the counter refused to acknowledge me. After walking to the register I was met with disrespectful glances and tones and was told by the ghetto short black girl that she couldn't help me because they have no paper. She barely looked up from her phone to provide a subpar response to a simple question and must've been raised in a zoo because any decent human being should have better manners than that.....especially someone who works a customer service job. For a UPS store, this gets 5 stars. The staff is always super friendly and very helpful. If you need a little tape, they take care of it for you. If you need a box, they have whatever size you want. In my experience, there is almost always someone that is bilingual in the store. The wait has never been longer than a minute or two. What more can you ask for? read more

I needed to have a bulky, heavy item shipped from an e-bay seller. I needed a UPS store to pack and label this item and call me with a total and I would pay via credit card. I live in Pennsylvania. The seller had to borrow a car to take the item to Store 2293. He was told they would not call me, or take my credit card over the telephone. I tried to call. Time was 1PM. Kept getting voice mail. Staff would not speak to me over seller's cell phone. Staff told him I would have to go to MY UPS STORE IN PENNSYLVANIA, GET A RETURN TO SENDER TAG AND SEND TO HIM! What kind of customer service is that? So sorry he wasted his time there! On Monday I contacted UPS Store #4340 on Memorial. Ashley the assistant manager said "No problem"! I would give zero stars if I could. Both girls working here today must really hate their jobs. (Younger Hispanic girl and older white woman.) Super unhelpful. Seem to know nothing about their job. I was trying to simply print invitations. Getting pricing was a struggle. After sending the pdf she disappeared for over 5 minutes with no explanation of what she was doing. After returning with an invitation printed on regular paper she said they are ABLE to cut them their but that she would give me the tool to do it myself because she didn't want to mess it up. Very odd. I have printed invitations many times and have never had to cut them myself. I then told her that's ok I will go somewhere else where they will cut it for me. Upon exiting she tried to make me pay for the invitation she had printed on paper even after I had originally told her I wanted card stock. Save your time for printing needs and go somewhere else. I went to this store with an open box and printed label and the clerk charge me a dollar for a strip of take that literally cost them nothing because is all provided by the company. The whole tape cost a dollar if I would have bought it somewhere else. Charging your customers a dollar when you literally making money by me shipping the box thru your store, really!!!! read more

Went in this Saturday to mail to packages. One employee was busy with a customer the other didn't move are acknowledge me at all. I waited 4 minutes easy and then 3 guys walk in and now she alive and says can I help you? She seemed annoyed but got the address wrong and which label goes where twice. Not sure if she was in getting off mode but work was not her priority. I told her from the beginning they were going to different people and she ask what is it? I said socks and she hits the scale so hard with my package. I wonder if she was trying to break the scale. The older lady that works there is much nicer . The younger lady has a sad face every time. I gone have to do something different for my next package drop off. She made me hesitate like for sure the package was going to get lost ! read more

Do NOT go here! The service is terrible! There were four employees visible and the guy processing my 10 packages had to stop four times to help someone else! One employee was refilling the pen cups. By the far the worst customer service experience I've had here, as soon as I walked in the girl working the front had complete disregard for me as a customer. She was rude and had an attitude as if she didn't care, so I took my package back because I felt that if I left it there with her than she would lose it. I spent a half hour in the store and got absolutley nothing accomplished, and was basically dismissed at the same time. I misplaced my phone, and I had to return an amazon package (it is free to return it). The code necessary to send it back was in my email. I told the girl I needed to use her computer to get the return code. She said I would have to pay to use a computer. I told her it was a free return. She said it did not matter. I spent two dollars to get to my email. But their software did not allow pictures in emails, so I could not see the code! They said they were sorry. Sorry? You should have let me use your store computer like the stores in Virginia do. I will never go back. I went to another store on Louetta. Same thing. Only this time pictures of codes were not blocked, so I got to send my package back. They said they had to charge people for a computer because customers were taking too long on the computer. She said it was a service they were offering. I said, No, it is not a service, it is a penalty. This is not how you do business! There was a $2.50 minimum for the computer. I will call Amazon to let them know that UPS does not allow free returns when you have to use their computer. read more

I was next in line and both people at the counter were being absurdly irritating so I was trying to be patient and understanding. All I had to do was drop off a package and get a receipt. Usually they do this even though they're working with customers, but I waited because they were dealing with difficult customers. Then some guy walks through the door and they stopped what they're doing and jumped to get the packages that he was picking up even though they were dealing the difficult customer and I was waiting. I've visited this store several times. Every time the employees are happy and in a good mood. They open the door for you, are eager to assist and so very polite. I went to this location 2 weeks ago. Prior to the visit, I had looked at various ways to send it, and UPS was not only one of the cheapest, but who I usually send through. The representative asked when I need the package there by, then stated the only option was that of 2day air. I stated that I saw online that ground was not only cheaper but would get it there before or on the date I needed it by. She said Ground would get it there days later with no guarantee. Also, while all this was taking place her & another rep were laughing about videos on their phone. Due to the fact that I needed the package there at a specific, I purchased the 2da. Afterwards I decided to give UPS customer service a call to verify the cost. They stated that not only would Ground have made it on time, but the exact same day as 2da. So I paid $44 versus that of $18. The CS agent stated that if a package will be received at the same time, then the lower price should always be quoted first. Not only was I given incorrect info, but charged almost double. A formal complaint was sent to the manager, but 2 weeks later I have not heard anything regarding the service I received. read more

the worst experience in my life on Saturday i went to the store to ship my citizenship application to USCIS office in Lewisville TX. an hour came back to the store to cancel or add a missing paper to the shipment to be informed the truck already pick up my shipment which is fine. I asked if i can canceled it or go and pick it up wherever it. the lady working there. she told me that that they only thing they can do is to cancel it and wait tell Tuesday or Wednesday to get it back. I said its fine as long as its not going to be delivered. she also told me that i won't be able to get my money back. at that point i really didn't care about the money because i needed to get my shipment back and i was my fault not theirs. I came back on Tuesday and Wednesday to check on my to find out that it was delivered to USCIS know that they canceled it. I called the crevice center to find out more about what exactly what happened. they informed me that the shipment was never canceled her smile was very deceiving because that made me trust her. please don't use those guys because they don't now what they are doing. read more
