I paid for the service and my friend scheduled an appointment with Sara, and by the next day he mailed the notarization and apostilled documents to me in NC. Anticipate walking into a waiting room the size of your closet filled with people. Next, expect to be told that "we triple book every single appointment." I initially assumed this was simply to deter any walk in clients, which obviously works when you follow up with "it could take hours...and hours..." Well, I was prepared and brought an iPad. The wait wasn't nearly as terrible as I anticipated, less than an hour. Fast forward a couple weeks when I returned with my wife for her TSA pre-check appointmen, which was scheduled ahead of time. Bracing myself for the standing room only waiting room, I made sure we were 15 minutes early. Flash forward 30 minutes AFTER the pre-scheduled appointment time, we were informed (surprise! surprise!) "we triple book every single appointment." Well, I guess the other two people must have showed up hours earlier or possibly even the day before? Save yourself from being annoyed and frustrated and go elsewhere!
