I saw that they were advertising this show...and I like a good magic show. It did not disappoint. The sleight of hand and on-stage demonstrations were incredible. I was still banging my head of how they did it or maybe it was the cocktail at the bar that was playing tricks on my mind. As a guest of the hotel, I had a 20% coupon and promptly used it at the ticket office, though I think I should have picked my seat better. Nonetheless, I was in the second row and I was able to get a good look of the magic up close. If you arrive early, you can hang out for Happy Hour, they had some unique drinks including the local standby beers and cocktails...and mocktails for those attending the all-ages show. I recommend seeing this show on a Friday or Saturday night if you want a bit more rambunctious, racy show.

It was fun in the bar prior to the doors opening they have a magical experience for adults and kids to set the mood for the evening. Tracy the bartender was awesome! She also works at Blitz during the day. She has the kindest soul and such a people person! It was like I had known her for years. They have a box office where you can purchase tickets. Very hard to hear the gal! They definitely need a microphone to speak to each other. If you think you're going to save a few extra dollars on those service fees - you may have to think twice, just purchase on line. It's much easier. Also, they have a snack bar with fresh popped popcorn $9 -$13 and huge pretzels $14. Chase Hasty and his wife have traveled around the world to over 25 countries sharing their magical talent and ballet dancing skills. My favorite part of the show was when Chase brought out a locked box and Hoisted the box with a rope up to the ceiling and told this guy to watch the box. Later in the show they opened the box, it was a pretty impressive trick!!! One not to be forgotten!! It's a small production but well thought out with couple extra dancers and costumes changes. I love that Chase, picks people out of the audience to help with the show. Maddox was a return kid that had been practicing his magic and Chase let him perform in front of the audience and what is that called "That's Magic!!!" It's nice the performers will met you afterwards in the hallway to have pictures and ask questions. It's a great family night or you can come to the later show at 9pm for a little more risky nocturnal show. I'll have to save that one for another time!

So much to do. Housekeeping was very short staffed, our room wasn't able to be cleaned daily, needed to call for towels etc. Valet is busy as hell too. Takes 10-15 minutes to drop your car and 20-30 to get it back.

The room was okay--nothing special, but no major complaints. The Starbucks is always packed, which seems to be the norm here. Today, I visited the Second Street Marketplace downstairs. The young employee who assisted me had very poor customer service. He didn't acknowledge me, didn't offer a bag for the items I purchased, didn't say thank you, and seemed more interested in chatting with his coworkers than helping customers. Based on what I observed, I wasn't the only customer having issues with him. We also requested housekeeping service for our room. We were informed there would be a charge, which was fine with us. However, after the service, the room looked exactly the same. The bed was made, but that was about it. Now, let's talk about the restaurant downstairs. I ordered a steak, but they brought me chicken instead. I clearly told the waitress I wanted steak. When I pointed out the mistake, another older employee insisted that what I was served was steak. I'm pretty sure I know the difference between chicken and steak. Fortunately, Teddy stepped in, listened to my concern, apologized, and had my order corrected. That is what great customer service looks like. Even our waitress suggested that I just eat the chicken, but guests should never be told to accept something they didn't order. The casino and the room itself were good, and I enjoyed those aspects of my stay. However, many of the staff members could benefit from additional customer service training. To corporate, management, the CEO, owner, or whoever is responsible: please invest in better customer service training. They loved all the arcade & video games, especially Minecraft. The ticket redemption counter has a good selection of prizes. The tumble town area is a nice large climbing structure with slides, a bounce house and smaller toddler area. Perfect for little kids. The staff were all really friendly and nice. We ended up with some late nights playing until the arcade closed & resort security were a nice presence in the hallways, always had their eye out for the little kids making sure they had caregivers with them. My boys also enjoyed the GSR pool which is huge with lots of shallow areas on the perimeter.

We enjoyed our mini lesson but the only thing that kept us from coming back for the rest of our lessons is the cost of their packages. They were double our budget. If you have time for group classes and are here just to dance - then the packages might not be too unreasonable but since we only needed some guidance for an event, we couldn't justify spending a few hundred for a couple lessons.

We had a streak of luck and won three straight games. Upon cashing our bets, we were told that we have already reached more than $2000 in wagers and were not allowed to bet anymore. They also made it difficult for us to cash out our winnings. We had to go to other WH locations to cash it out or wait until WH closed so we can cash out our tickets at the casino cashier. Last superbowl (2024), my players card was rejected and was not allowed to play unless I sign a tax form. I have been filling up the same tax forms everytime I go there and it takes 2 days for them to process it and was not allowed to play until completed. WH is just horrible. I hope they disappear from this business. William Hill I guess is for small time gamblers.
