I went here on a Saturday, the day before Father's Day. Initially, I wanted to order a lemon Bundt cake at 8 inches but the associate told me that they ran out of the 8 inches and that if they sold me a 10 inch they will still let me pay at the 8 inch price. So I decided I'll get the 10 inch and take advantage of what they offered me. If you had to do this again, I'd probably order online before picking up because I saw people coming in pick up their their cakes and left, I had to wait a good 25 minutes to 30 to get my cake. But overall my father loved the cake and also my mom so we celebrated Father's Day enjoying the cake. It was delicious as usual. read more

Their cake shops are always decorated so cute and oh the sweet smell as you walk in! I had ordered online and paid. I requested a 9 am pickup. Everything went as planned. I had several I had planned to deliver to providers as an after-Easter thank you. The arrangements were $12. They came out so cute and everyone loved them. The bow and flower were a perfect touch! I had two I needed after lunch. Since I was out of town I asked them if I could come back for them after lunch so they would melt in my car. We moved last summer. Our sweet neighbors behind us brought some of these as a welcome gift. They are wonderful. Not dry, full great taste and small enough to have a treat but not feel like a pig......well unless you EAT THEM ALL! Not hard to do, they really yummy. My husband bought the bundt cakes -pecan praline and chocolate. I have tried the smaller size in the past but my favorites are the medium size (attached picture). The cream cheese icing is so good and the Bundt cake reminds me a really good spongy cake. I like the medium size more than the mini cakes because they have more cream filling in the center. I liked both pecan praline and chocolate Bundt cake because both had actual pecan and chocolate inside. I think they were 4 dollars each. I would definitely go back and grab more. read more

Took me awhile to finally try them after hearing about them so much from coworkers. My coworkers were right. These cakes are really good. The icing isn't too sweet and the cakes are super moist. I don't have any complaints. My family and I had the White chocolate raspberry cake,the lemon cake, and I had the individual pecan praline. Easy to find near Target, their store is always bright and clean, the cakes are always fresh, and you can help yourself to samples of the day. Their lemon is fantastic. I wish I could say something about the red velvet birthday cake, but they must have had an off day as there were visitors that helped themselves to it first. The owner was very kind even though the manager was stressed out on Valentine's Day and I had to wait a while. Nice looking cake for $40 though, and would order again. Don't count on the delivery times that the site gives u. Mine was for 8-12 and when I called and asked why it hadn't been delivered they said the site is from a 3rd party vender and they always change the times up and down. That they have till 1:00 to delivery. SO quoted times don't count if from their web page just so people know. I have tried to email u at the address provided and it says invalid!! read more

Updated: As of 5/12/2020, I received a call from the Asst. manager Melissa regarding the issue with the cake and she has assured me this would not happen again. The manager apologized about this situation with my daughters cake. I appreciate the call and look forward to visiting the store again and hopefully have a better experience the next time. t was my daughter's 29th birthday and I ordered a strawberry and cream cake for her special day. My daughter autistic and I would do anything for her even drive all the way to harker heights to get her a special cake. She asked for a bundt cake and to watch a scary movie, since it was a pandemic we couldn't celebrate like we usually have on her birthday. I picked up the cake and didn't look at it prior to placing the candles on, that was a BIG mistake. I took it out of the box and could tell right away the cake had sunk either during baking or afterwards. The cake was so slanted they tried to fix it by adding more icing to it and covering it in the box. I would usually look at the cake before I leave th e store but the lady brought it to me because of the pandemic. The person who brought it to my car should be ashamed to sell that kind of mess to a customer. read more

A friend brought us a dozen for the new year and my family and I absolutely loved it. My favorite is the lemon but to be honest they all taste amazing. Owner or manager very rude, with combative customer service skills. We were quoted a "no more that 20 minute wait" for frosting and when it wasn't ready owner/manager became defensive without understanding the problem. Unfortunately our order was not input appropriately. When we questioned at the 25, 30 and 35 minute wait time mark we only got anger and blame for our cake not being ready. Horrible customer service, do not recommend. The cashier, Joby, was very understanding of our situation and did the best she could within a hostile work environment. read more
