Super quaint small business. I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have all the kimbap on the menu. The girls at the counter said the owner needed to update the menu. We ended up getting spam musubi (one spicy and one not spicy), a bulgogi kimbap, a taro smoothie, and a barista's fave smoothie (dragon fruit, lemonade, and something else... I don't remember). I remember thinking the bulgogi kimbap was delicious and fulfilling. I loved the pickled radish in it. It tasted fresh. Also really liked the spam musubi. The sauce was excellent on it, although a little messy, but that's ok. Would love to come here again and try some other items on the menu. read more

First of all, I love this spot because it's ducked off and if you blink, you will miss it. I was greeted immediately by who I can only assume was the owner of the spot and right away, I felt at home. She showed me to the refrigerator where they keep the kimchi... because y'all know I have to get cabbage and cucumber kimchi anytime I go to a Korean restaurant! At any rate, I had a seat to wait on my order (spicy pork Bulgogi) and enjoyed the ambience. It's a place you can come chill, grab some tea, maybe an appetizer and just kind of chill on your laptop. I really really love the space. Food was great. The cucumber kimchi was quite good cabbage kimchi. I'm on the fence about, but I will be returning for a follow up visit. read more

Adorable Korean place next to the HEB in Harker Heights! Location is close to the highway and easy to access with ample parking. The inside quaint with seating so you can order to-go or dine in. We were greeted enthusiastically by Mimi who took our order, made our food, and served it to us - a one woman operation! Mimi is so nice and welcoming. She did not hesitate to make recommendations. There's a slight language barrier but that doesn't bother me especially since it shows that she really cares about her customers. There are Korean side dishes (kimchi, etc.) available to buy to-go. We bought 4, opened them up to eat some in the restaurant and took the remaining home. We ordered the bulgogi rice (beef with white rice) and Tteokbokki (chubby rice noodle soup dish). The food came out hot and fresh. Everything was delicious. You can order your preferred spice level. We will be back on a Friday to try Mimi's Japchae (rice noodle dish) and boba tea. If you like Korean food or trying new things, I highly recommend this place! read more

The food is good some that I like and maybe a few misses for me. So far ive tried about 4 different drinks and im sorry all the ones I've tried dont taste like the ones I get at some of the other cafes. I will say she makes some bomb kimbap, her miyuk guk made to order is amazing, ive also tried her chicken bulgogi and her beef bulgogi and her chicken was really good got it on my most recent visit. I have also tried some side dishes she sells in her cooler including her kimchi, fishcakes and one other that is alluding me at the moment. The owner is extremely personable and all her regulars love her and she remembers them. She finally hired some help so she has some ladies helping especially in the afternoon evening shift. The ambiance is giving retro old school vibes, with a really neat huge wall clock. I say give her a shot ask her for some recs. I haven't tried her baked goods section but I did catch some ppl getting breakfast sandwiches to go, I may try one next time too! read more

The matcha was amazing tasting. the boba was a perfect texture of chewy and soft. Not overly sweet but a perfect mix of refreshing and rewarding. The vibes were off the chain I enjoyed the ambient calm vibes. The lady working was wonderful and helpful. She made jokes and serves smiles all around. Mimi Was so kind and sweet, it seems like she's a one woman operation, which is unbelievable! I got the Taro milk tea with Boba, which was phenomenal. I also got the cucumber kimchi and the cabbage kimchi and they were both so good! I got the vanilla macaroons and the raspberry macaroons and of course they were delicious as well. She also threw in a sweet potato pastry, which was also very delicious. Unfortunately, I don't come to this area very often, but I might have to come back just for her :-) the vibe is super cute small and very welcoming! read more

Check out the photos & tell me that don't look fuego fr. Ordered tteokbokki no spicy at all. Came with a side of kimchi, please ask for more if you want. Came in early so food came out quick. Pleasant lady running everything by herself from when i came in. Had a nice talk about what she would recommend me. I love broth dishes. Area is really family/couple friendly with sofas to lounge on. Musubi was very good, mocha was also very good. The owner is very sweet. My wife really likes "how cute" this place is so that's a bonus. We'll definitely be back. Also there looks to be various sorts of homemade kimchi and other tasty things so that's really awesome and I'm looking forward to trying those out read more

We haven't tried much yet, so rating is based purely on boba drink. Classic Milk Tea Boba: 7/10 Right flavor but overly sweet, hard to finish. Mango Milk Tea: 9/10 Good flavor and sweetness (but still a little sweet). The seating is spacious and inviting. The owner is pretty down to earth. A fun place to hang around, will come back around to try some of their other menu. Tip: Apparently the Bulgogi Rice is the OG menu. read more

I used to casually visit this cafe when it was another coffee shop, and was a little disappointed when they closed, but I can safely say that's no longer the case. I'm a sucker for some good Korean food and this place hit the spot! It's a cozy little place with a decent amount of seating, and the owner was so sweet! Very personable and kind, and gave great suggestions. We chatted throughout my stay and even watched a little bit of a kdrama together while she prepped some of her ingredients (it's that fresh). I ordered beef bulgogi with rice and had a side of some napa kimchi, and she even let me try the cucumber kimchi as well. The kimchi was crisp and a little spicy, just how I like it, and the bulgogi was beefy and delicious. I also ordered a brown sugar boba that was good, though a little sweet, but that's just because I'm not a sweet person much, so all things considered, it was pretty delicious boba and I drank it all with much enjoyment. They also sell sides in packaged containers, so I brought home some more kimchi and also some japchae because the owner suggested it and seemed quite proud of it. She has every right to be, as I don't care much for sweet potato (which is the ingredient for the noodles in the dish) and I'm eating now at 1 o clock and it's pretty bomb. It's refrigerated but she suggested heating it up on a pan and so I did so, was not disappointed. I didn't think to take pictures because I scarfed it down rather quickly but I liked it quite a bit seeing as I made sure to create a yelp page for them (would hate for people to miss out on such a place because it's not on here).
