Several guests told me it was the best wedding cake and/or red velvet they've ever had. It was rich, moist, and had fantastic flavor, and I usually don't love cake. My co-worker was going on about how most wedding cakes are dry and boring, or overly sweet, but how mine was beyond delicious. In the end I went with a scoop of strawberry shortcake and a scoop of cookies and cream.
