They did an amazing job for my 19th birthday cake. She wanted a Dr Pepper theme party and cake. It turned out amazing. It was flawless on the decorating and the cake was exceptional. It tastes very good and it wasn't too chocolatey. It was perfect and the filling was exceptional. We couldn't have got a better cake. Thank you for your amazing job you did.

I believe this is the 10th cake I've ordered and they have all been wonderful. They never disappoint!

There were like 2 strawberries in that filling for $225 you'd think there would be more

The customer service also left a lot to be desired,the shop owner made no eye contact when we went in to discuss the cake order and would only speak through her employee I understand she's busy running a business but it doesn't really make you feel very welcomed. The cake was beautiful but the events leading up to the pickup not so great.

This is hands down the best bakery in the AV! Sofia is the sweetest and I love the fact this bakery is family owned!!! Sofia helped me twice this year. One of the times I was in such a time crunch and she went above and beyond to help me out, I'm so grateful for this! I also ordered cookies for a work Christmas party and they came out so beautifully and tasted delicious. I can't wait to order my next cake this coming year. Thank you so much Sofia!!!!!

I never got to posting until now. Their cakes are superb. I love coming for their cake cups.. I also love their donuts. Oh and their mango smoothie is A++ have you guys even tried the barbie smoothie?! It's soo good!!! In fact let me go there now to get one lol.. Let me tell, the cake was perfect, and the taste was amazing! Everyone at the party enjoyed it. We got red velvet w whipped cream cheese. Perfect combination! Cake was moist, fresh. Filling was not overly sweet. I plan on returning for our next birthday celebration cake!

My friend raved about One Stop and now i understand why. Working with them on my mother's cake resulted in a work of art admired by everyone for its artistry and deliciousness. Pictures are out of order but over the past 5 years, Sofia and the one stop bakery team have been my go to for cakes. My family and friends always ask "you're getting the cake from that one place right?" Everyone is not only impressed by her designs but the taste is impeccable. When she says she literally can make any flavor she is not kidding our tried and true is brown sugar pop tart cake! As well as many others. This is an incredible small business that goes above and beyond to make her cakes eye catching, tasty but also AFFORDABLE! I will ALWAYS recommend one stop bakery for your cake needs.

We had a baker cancel our cake order last minute the day of our event. We called one stop bakery and they were able to pull my daughter's cake together the same day and saved the day. So grateful to have found this bakery. They did such an amazing job and the cake was delicious! read more

Not a fan of vanilla cake. But I will admit this vanilla cake was very good. Very moist inside. They did a beautiful job with the birthday cake. It was just a small cake and it wasn't overly expensive. Placed the order a few weeks ago and the cake was ready for pickup on the day of the party. No issues with ordering or with decorating the cake. read more

I enjoy stopping in for a coffee and a doughnut, it's a part of my day I alwayslook forward to. The doughnuts are always fresh, and the staff is super friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. This place is a little gem! I was so excited to share this little find with my wife. We did the Saturday morning thing and went and had a bagel and coffee. She is hooked as well!! The gal that assisted us always makes the visit to the bakery GREAT! That little home town feeling is achieved! The only wish is that they were open 7 days a week. BUT! Came to the Bakery looking for a custom cake for my twins Bday. So I mention I was looking for a custom cake cause I have twins and of course one wants an easy I can go to Costco and be done ya No. one wants a rainbow cake an rainbow cake y'all where am I going to get an rainbow cake this was 3 weeks ago. I must have called everyone in the Av area for rainbow cake and only Two bakery's in the whole Av area was able to accommodate what I was looking for. Both shops are located in Quartz Hill thank god I live in Quartz hill so I was glad to find a place close to me and they knocked it out of the park. I bought a chocolate cake with a chocolate mousse and a rainbow cake with frosting all over and sprinkles. My daughter was very happy to have her cake and my son well he loves chocolate in all forms so he would've been happy with the Costco cake, but I was happy to buy a cake from one stop they are awesome. I love the fact that they were so easy to place the order with it was very pleasant which I thought was gonna be a headache, but they made it very pleasing. It cost about 140 bucks for both cakes. It was well worth it thank you one stop bakery. The cakes tasted delicious. Everyone enjoyed the flavors next time I'm gonna have to tell them not to put any whipped cream in defrosting or in the middle but other than that, everything was perfect I would go back to them. The size of the cakes that I got fed 10 people. I wish and hope the pictures do just. read more

I had a really disappointing experience with the cashier in the front. I don't know her name, but she's a young girl who looks Asian. When I placed my order, she gave me attitude and acted like I was bothering her, yet she was warm, friendly, and polite with the men who ordered right before and after me. It felt unprofessional and uncomfortable to be treated so differently.Everyone deserves the same level of respect and service, regardless of gender. read more

Best place to get your cake for any occasion! We had gone to different places in AV to get a custom Encanto and we were very lucky to find one stop bakery! They gave us exactly what we wanted for our event. Very affordable and you get something beautiful! They make really nice detailed cakes and may I add also very delicious! They are amazing!! I called for a last minute Christmas cake order. They only had one 6" cake left and agreed to make the Christmas decoration for me. Since 6" may be too small for the family party I asked if they had any cupcakes left, luckily they did, and they were willing to do the Christmas decoration for me on the cupcakes, too. Such a wonderful bakery! I ordered this 2 tier, 2 flavor custom cake for my daughter's cat themed 6th birthday party and it did not disappoint. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful. I even received a call from the cake decorator the day before to see if there was anything more I wanted based on the description and inspiration image I supplied them with. We are so happy to discover One Stop Bakery. We needed someone to bake a cake for our Twins' 2nd bday. Sophia, the owner, was able to accomodate us even if she's so busy with her orders already. We got what we wanted. The cake looks so pretty and is so delicious too. It was moist and not too sweet just the right taste. Everyone loved it. We are definitely coming back. I called into one stop a week ago looking for a bakery to do my wedding cake. I was told that they do cupcakes for wedding cake tasting and that they would cost $19, cool. I've gotten 3,4 birthday cakes from here and I really enjoyed the cakes along with great customer service. I went in today at 10am with my mother. I forgot who's name I gave over the phone and there was a mix up about it, but I quickly remembered and told them the correct name, my fault. When I told them I gave them the wrong name, she seemed more irritated about that than a person should have been. It was no big deal but she scaled me. I continued to show the young lady up front a picture of the cake I desired and she took it to the back to show the other bakers. The other baker started loudly going off about how "she's never seen a cake like that", "I can't do something like that", "I can make it look SOMETHING like that, but not exactly that". She had a BAD attitude. The cake seemed simple enough to me, I wasn't trying to insult her by bringing in a reference picture that would be impossible to recreate. As the young woman from the front returned with my phone, rolling her eyes, being very short and irritable, she said nothing much other than, "yeah we could probably do something but not that. My wedding is big deal to me. I don't want "something". I guess it wasn't a big deal to them I walked out of there. Good cakes but won't be going back. read more

Hence, the one con, the loss of a star was simply because I was with a handicapped individual, and there was no place really for sitting. I applaud the Service, as The Baker thoroughly explains the thought, the ingredients and the how on their creation . I say if you're in the Antelope Valley, you should definitely try it at least once!

Short story: customer service is terrible and cake was dry and awful. Long story: I am new to the area and was looking for a new place to order custom cakes. I called the location two weeks prior to my event date and was told over the phone that I needed to go in person to place a cake order. I confirmed the hours with the person on the phone and they stated they opened at 7am. The next day, I show up at 7am to place the order and when I arrived to the location it was completely closed. I waited for 5min in my car parked right in front of the place. I know life happens and thought someone was possibly running late. After 5min, still nothing. So I called the business phone line twice and could not reach anyone. Even the voice message confirmed the location hours are 7am. Regardless, I continued to wait. Then, within the darkness of the shop, I saw someone removing trays from the donut display. I got off the car and stood in front of the door hoping that someone would open and nothing. After standing in front of the door for about 5 min, I knocked on the door and that is when they opened the business. This was about 7:15am. Once I was let in, I told the woman, I was there to place a cake order. She proceeded to huff about how cake orders needed to be placed at least 3 weeks in advance and that depending on the cake design they may or may not be able to make the cake I was looking for. She had me waiting about 5 min before helping me because she "needed to load the donut display in case a customer came in for donuts." Once she finished, she asked me a few questions about the cake I wanted. Originally I needed to cakes but the earliest pick up was 11am. Which worked for me, but only for 1 cake (we were celebrating two different people at different times). I still proceeded with only one cake. When I told the woman I was only taking one cake because 11am was too late of a pick up for the second one, she continued to question me and said "are you sure you can pick up the cake at 11am?" I said yes about 2-3 times before she said "I need to confirm you will be here right at 11am because we have a lot of other picks." In my head I am thinking, how can you hound your customer about punctuality when you opened late. Regardless I still paid the cake in full. This Saturday I made sure to arrive at the business at 10:55am to ensure I was not late given the woman's attitude when I placed the order. When I arrived I told them I was there for an 11am pick up. The first thing the person at the register did was look at the clock on the wall and said "is it 11 yet?" I didn't respond and then, he walked away from me, went to the back of the store and said to another worker, "we have 5 cake order pick ups at 11am and one is already here, ugh." They made zero attempt to hide the poor customer service. Again I bit my tongue and took the cake and left. The cake decor was amazing. It was exactly what I was looking for. When it was time for cake, all my guest said it was a sad and dry cake. The frosting was super hard and tasted like the cake had sat in the fridge for days. The cake cost about 95 dollars for an 8inch cake. Not worth it! I went to Costco to purchase the second cake I needed and it cost 16 dollars and was way more tastier than the cake from this place. This was something my guests also confirmed as they tried both cakes. I will not be coming back to this bakery and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It was terrible experience to place the order, pick up, and then eat. read more

This is probably the first review I have ever taken the time to actually write and it is well deserved. I am from Santa Clarita and was referred to One Stop Bakery by my Sister to get my Sons 1st Birthday Cake, we were in kind of a time crunch and needed it done quickly. Not only did Sofia get it finished and to us with plenty of time to spare, she also made an AMAZING Little Monster cake and 40 Cupcakes that were all Delicious and were a big hit at his party. My daughter was turning 1 and I waited last minute, of course, to figure out what I wanted for her cake. I called the shop and spoke to Sofia, who after a few minutes of tossing ideas around, came up with a Minnie Mouse design 1/2 sheet chocolate chip cake with chocolate mousse. She produced a beautiful cake and a smash cake that matched. It's a friendly place where you can feel at home with a simple cup of coffee, or enjoy a latte on the go, or even order a specially-made sandwich and dine in.
