This place has gone down hill. You can hear workers in the back but no one comes to the front. You can preorder & they still will not have your order ready big or little. Great product. I thought it was the smaller ones though especially for the price but it was good.

After some of the other reviews I was somewhat apprehensive about going in. It was all totally unfounded as the two ladies working couldn't have been more nicer. They have way more available than I was aware of. I figured I'd pop in get a small one and go. No, it didn't work that way. I had a hard time making up my mind they all look and sound so good. I just wimped out and chose the plain cake. WOW!! First bite and I'm smitten. That had to be the moistest cake I've eaten in 55yrs of living. It doesn't have that fake taste it's just like a Grandma would make. I can't believe how just plain good it was not a WOW knock your socks off. Just a perfectly smooth flavour with just the right sweetness. As for the two ladies working, they give me new hope for CS in Midland. As they were friendly and nicely chatty. They were taking phone calls, but you know they still have you in mind as they just made me feel like I was in a a small town bakery where everyone knows each other. I will definitely make this my desert/snack place when ever I'm looking for a sweet fix! As for the other reviews, I know one of them is just a chronic complainer. She's never happy no matter where she goes. Just stop by and say high and and have a slice of homey wholesomeness. You sure will enjoy it. read more

My review is totally on there customer service! As much as we love these cakes, not sure I'll go back. I ordered a cake and it was to be ready at noon. I got there about 1230 and waited another 10 minutes as they were putting it together. It obviously WASNT ready. As I was leaving I noticed it was missing a flag that was supposed to be on there. I went back in and told them and they girl took it to the back. While I was waiting again, I noticed it was also missing a photo card. I told a different girl so she could go to the back and let the other girl know but she just said "we don't have those" I let her know that's what they were showing online and that's what I thought I was getting. She just said "well, we don't have them. People don't order those often so we don't have any" No apology, no sincerity, just plain rudeness. She basically didn't give a crap. Never had a problem here before but I won't be back if this is the way the treat, talk to and take care of their customers. read more

These three stars are in no way reflective of the quality of the product at Nothing Bundt Cakes. This location's cakes are awesome as the next Nothing Bundt Cakes. So on that alone they would deserve 5 stars. I love their cakes and every time I go in to a new location, it is usually a very happy experience. This location however was different. I mean it was clean and as beautiful as ever but there was no one in the store. I stood there for probably a full minute before a lady came from the back. I greeted her warmly and cheerfully , anticipating an awesome visit to the store as I have experienced at several other NBC locations . She was a little cold and brash. It was almost as if I was disturbing her and she could not wait for me to leave. She could not have put my cake in a box any faster if she tried. As a matter of fact before I had left the store, she had returned to the back and left me in the store on my own. I remember leaving the store slightly confused, wondering what on Earth had just happened! read more

I went to buy some the other day and I noticed some flavors I hadn't seen before the lady that helped me(an older lady) was very rude and acted as if she didn't want to help me at all. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. She was extremely cold and I asked about certain cake availability and she told me that if I ordered online I wouldn't have to worry about there not being any available and as soon as she rung me out and put the cake in the box and the small one in the bag she just walked to the back and left me there very disappointed with this store read more

I hate this place because of the customer service. When i found this place i was really excited because im not from midland. I used to go and always order a dozen Red velvet minis because i dont like any other flavor, with no problem. The last 3 times they told me they cant do it for me because they cant make customs orders. I told them i use to buy the same thing, and the girl answer was, well, it depends what flavor you want. Today i went in at 5pm and the answer was they were closing their frosting machine. Which i have no idea what is that. And they are suppose to close at 6pm. read more

I visited today to make arrangements for my daughter's bridal shower. I walked in, and the lady behind the counter did not say a word, or even look up to acknowledge that I was in her shop. She was busy crafting a ribbon arrangement. I continued to look at the cases, and still, nothing. A customer came in to order her "personal favorite," and commented that she should receive frequent flyer points. The employee immediately came to life, and filled her order with a greeting, smile, and speed of delivery. Customer service is everything, and I was prepared to fulfill my daughter's wishes. Their cakes are so moist, they don't even need frosting. But their rich cream cheese frosting is just too good to forego!! We get their cakes for every birthday!!! and so many flavors to choose from you can't go wrong!! My favs are red velvet, chocolate, spice, raspberry and lemon (all depending on what mood I'm in) it's always so hard to choose! Very Poor Customer Service! Worst Customer Servce In Midland!

Just like any other Nothing Bundt Cakes location. I'm glad there is one in Midland for when I am craving something sweet! I have nothing bad to say about this location. I went recently to grab a bundtlet for my roommate's birthday and I was sad to see the new feature flavor wasn't in stock at the front. The person that helped me was super friendly. She grabbed a few from the back and restocked and even got the candles that I requested. Can't wait to swing by for when I have sweet tooth or whenever new flavors get released! read more

We always loved to go into this place to get cakes!!! One time we went in there and a sweet lady that was working the counter was over hearing my husband and I talking about the wonderful frosting that is on the cakes and she said they sell it if we would like to buy some so we did!!! We were so excited to hear that they sold their frosting!!! My husband and I had been in several times after that to purchase the frosting with no issues. Now they have a new rude lady by the name of Liz working the counter and has said they do not sell the frosting. She actually wanted to argue about them not selling the frosting which we refuse to do. This has happened with Liz on more then one occasion. The owner/manager called to let me know they did sell the frosting. I guess Liz didn't get the memo... As a business owner myself, Liz needs to be thought that the customer is always right!!! Whatever happened to good customer service?? We will NOT be giving our business to this place as long as they continue to hire rude people like that. read more
