I stopped by before they opened at 9am and there were about 20-30 people in line. It was such a fun experience and nice to chat with fellow patrons. The line went by super quick and each employee was so friendly and kind. They were well prepared for the demand and had every bundlet pre-bagged and ready to go. They scanned my app so I could get "credit" on my account. We also got a paper coupon for $5 off on a future order. I've visited this location a few times, but this is my first trying their NEW flavor: Touchdown Made With Snickers! Made with chocolate cake, snickers candy pieces and caramel drizzle. First off, I'd like to thank Megan for assisting me while I waited in line and helped me very quickly! Thank you for being so kind! The interior of the shop is neat, clean and organized. It's a great set up for special occasions, like birthdays or weddings. As far as the Touchdown made with Snickers Bundlet, I would describe the taste as: If Snickers decided they wanted to transform their candy bar into a cake instead, it would taste like this! For me, I give the Bundlet itself a 3/5. I really love the taste of the chocolate cake. If that same chocolate is the same chocolate in their Chocolate Chip Bundlet, I would try that one next. How have I not done a review for NBC yet? NBC, is a franchise store usually small in size. I love going there for cakes that are delicious yet budget friendly. They offer mini cupcakes, individual bundlets which is usually 2-4 servings for me, as well as 8 and 10 inch cakes. They also have candles and decorative items to add to your cakes should you want to for any occasion. Staff are friendly and helpful here. I've always been greeted with a smile and a thank you for our purchase. Note that they're closed on Sundays. We haven't tried all the flavors yet, but what we love are; 1) Carrot cake - my fave 2) white chocolate raspberry - also my fave 3) lemon raspberry Next to try for us will be the cookies and cream as well as the s'mores. I have a photo of a cookies n cream, however, my kid dropped it right on the floor. We never even got a bite. That was a sad day for that kiddo. We haven't been here in years because my son has a tree nut allergy and we thought it was off limits for him. This location periodically has a tree nut free selection, and no nuts are used in any of the Bundt cakes, so there is no potential exposure and it is safe for him. It would be nice if they could send out a text message to those that need 'tree nut free week' to keep us in the loop. The owner (I believe) came out and spoke us after we asked about the tree nuts, and said her daughter has this allergy and she completely understands how serious it can be and reassured us there was no exposure this week. The gesture to reassure us personally meant a lot. When my son took a bite of his first Bundt cake ever, his response was 'wow...' he has never enjoyed something so delectable! It was so light and fluffy and full of flavor in each bite. So grateful he could finally enjoy such a flavorful dessert, and wasn't excluded from the options available either. The interior of the store was adorable and felt as-of you were in a cute boutique in France. It's located in large shopping center, so there is ample parking which makes it an easy in easy out establishment. I don't have any photos of the bundt cakes because we were too excited to eat them and forgot. Very disappointed!! I went in to get 2 bundtlettes for 2 birthdays. The gal brought them out in separate bags. I asked if they had birthday ribbons on them and she said they don't do that. But suggested 2 mini flags for a quarter each. I have recently been to other locations and they automatically asked what color ribbon and flower I wanted. Within 5 minutes they had packaged my order in cellophane with the ribbon and flower. What I was given were the 2 cakes in their original container. I needed to leave and didn't want to ask about what should have been offered in the first place. Customer service is not what it used to be. It may be awhile before going back to this location. I got my kids up super early because it said on a flyer that to celebrate their 20th anniversary, the first 100 people in line got free bundt cakes for a year. Then, after waiting an hour, and being the 7th family in line, the owner says, "Sorry, it's one offer per family because so many people showed up and that wouldn't be fair".
