This Nothing Bundt Cake is located in Ashley Park and has been a go-to for me over the years for all things from birthdays, holidays or just a little treat. Service is always friendly and helpful, and efficient too, even with a store full of folks they keep things moving. I have placed orders for pick up, but normally swing by to grab a few bundlets. Even when the case is empty, they usually have what you are after in the back. In those cases, there may be a little wait while they finish preparing/frosting the cakes, but it is never too long. The cakes themselves are always on point. My absolute favorite is the lemon, with the Oreo being a close second! The store is small, but always well laid out and clean. So... not a great experience. I've ordered from Nothing Bundt Cakes in multiple states and always had a good experience so this was the first time I didn't. Let me start by saying the product is always excellent and consistent at every store, the Newnan store included. However, on this one, I ordered a cake and paid extra for a customized message card. Got the cake to the car, realized the message card was missing and went back in. The young woman working there, who was friendly, asked for my order number, which I gave her, and then went into the back, scribbled the message on a card with a fat sharpie and even spelled the acronym wrong. She came back out and just handed it to me. No stick to insert it into the card, didn't put it on. It looked like a hot mess. I almost asked her to just give me a blank card so I could re-do it myself but she promptly got busy cleaning the floors as it was almost time to close. I just accepted it and had to undo their packaging, poke a hole in the card myself, add it to the top, and re-tie the ribbon. For the price of these cakes, especially the double tier one that I had purchased, they need to pay more attention to the details of the order and a little more care in how they write the cards. I understand that when you're trying to close up the shop, you want to get done and get out, but they also need to take the time to do it properly when it was their oversight to begin with. Do NOT trust this location with your online orders, period. I placed an order today for my son's birthday dinner tonight. I placed the order online at 3:00 for a 3:45 pick up. My husband was going to pick it up and wound up getting stuck with work. That order should have been bagged and tagged almost immediately as the pick up was set for 3:45. My husband arrived at 6:30 and the order had NOT been pulled. Then he's informed they don't have the GF Lemon Raspberry bundtlet in our order. I have celiacs disease and I rarely EVER get to eat dessert, especially prepared by someone else. I usually get the gluten free chocolate chip as they never have other options for me. I was elated when I saw their seasonal flavor (Lemon raspberry) was available in gluten free. It's my son's favorite flavor combo and now I was going to be able to basically enjoy the same birthday cake as him (we ordered a large lemon raspberry). My family often experience guilt about all of the foods I can never partake in when we dine out or travel. I was shocked to have my husband text me and tell me that according to the employee, the website has no idea of the stores inventory??? Is that true? IDK. Then he tells me they never even pulled the order when it was placed and prepared for the original pick up time. Then I ask why I wasn't contacted about the lack of inventory hours before and they had no excuse. If I would have known, I could have canceled our order and gone with the Fayetteville location instead maybe. Or perhaps they had them and sold them to other people because they don't look at their orders or prepare them as they're supposed to. Total incompetence. I've been late for pick up and never had an issue. This was people not doing their job. I have been ordering cakes from NBC for years and always online since Covid and I've never had this issue, ever! Let me start by saying I haven't personally visited this store, BUT I have tried their cakes and they are so dang good. My neighbor gave me and my family three of the single personal sized "bundtlets" as a Christmas gift. We had three flavors: Red Velvet, Lemon, and my favorite, Peppermint Chocolate Chip. The cakes were so cute, and even though they were small, they weren't tiny. They are literally your own personal sized bundt cake! The cakes were moist and flavorful, and the frosting was the signature frosting made of cream cheese and butter. It's a melt in your mouth good cake! I plan on getting a big cake for my family as I was sold after tasting the small cakes. I think it's time to satisfy my sweet tooth! read more

My go-to for birthdays and last minute gifts. I love the carrot cake, with reduced icing (if you don't want as much icing as commonly displayed in pics, there is an option for a drizzle). For gifts, I do 1, 2 or 3 bundtlets (tower). You can add a message, ribbon, flowers, etc. for a cute presentation. Very fun option for something sweet and different. read more

Glad to see one in a much needed neighborhood. It's clean n the staff move very efficiently and the cakes are just perfect! It was moisture and perfect amount of frosting. My favorite is Carrot cake. I love the bundtinis. I got boxes for my friends for Mother's Day and everyone loved it. I got a dozen and save in the refrigerator for a coupIe of day and they were still good! I have ordered from other locations and had to drive far but loving this new location. Can't wait for another occasion to order more!
