They have a ton of flavors such as chocolate, marble, pecan praline, vanilla etc. When you buy them they are refrigerated, the best is to wait 30 minutes or so and eat them room temperature. The customer service is great in this location. The employees are super friendly and make sure they answer any questions that you may have. I don't think they make a single item that isn't good. We've tried vanilla, chocolate, carrot cake, confetti, and red velvet. Out of all of them, I think confetti is my go to. The cake itself is moist, decadent and flavorful, as for the frosting, it's on another level. This pairing creates a stupid good combination. We picked up a full size and minis for our baby shower, everyone raved about how good it was. Moving forward, we're just going to go to them for all of our cake needs. There is plenty to choose from and you won't be disappointed. The lady behind the counter greeted me with a smile and helped me with what I wanted. I went for the dozen bundtinis and they consisted of double chocolate chip, white chocolate raspberry, red velvet, and lemon flavors. My husband, I, and our kids loved them. The only gripe is that I wish it wasn't a distance away. That's probably a good thing on the other hand since I probably would be over here every other day eating the goodies up. The minis are a wonderful gift to take to dinner parties, and other like events and they allow you to sample many of the different flavors. The store is always clean and there is ample close parking. One of the better points is that the staff is always friendly and accommodating. I work in customer service so trust me when I say I know how entitled customers can be and that they're not always right... but this place is something else. This has to be the rudest establishment I have ever gone to. Never any kind of greeting when you walk in but instead met with glares and rude management. I've given this place several tries; the cakes are good but not worth the unpleasant and nasty environment. Regular staff can be ok but the owner or manager-WOW. She will come out screaming from the back to make sure that no deals or coupons are used that are offered by the actual company. They will give you an attitude and act like you're a criminal for getting your birthday bundlet. Even when purchasing cakes, the staff comes off as standoffish and annoyed you're even in the store. Make the drive to the Palm Beach Gardens location for much better service. read more
