Once again I received great service at this Fed Ex location. It is named The Nott Street Office. Spelling error in first review: Not instead of Nott. Today I needed to buy a new large box. Not only do they have a variety of sizes, they also have a nook up front where you can get a free used box if wanted. The staff member gave me tips such as do not wrap the box in paper because "if it comes off in transit, the box may wind up in China." I have come here for several printing projects, and I was pleased with the expertise and efficiency of the staff. They work out the best way to get the results you want and suit your needs. Unexpected Bonus: This store is a GEM when it comes to stocking a large variety of really nice greeting cards for any occasion. The selection is amazing, arranged well on several racks that are easy to access. They even have a rack full of clever cards with dogs and cats etc. The prices are better than you find in a franchise Hallmark store. read more

I'm determined to show this local, family-owned business some love. I needed a kind of straightforward printing job but had some trouble with it, and these guys came through and made me a very happy customer. I brought my flash drive and a question about misalignment, and this was my very first visit. I've been hoping for a while for a reason to stop at one of the shops in the strip, which ultimately is why I picked this place out of many business offering the same kind of service. There was another person in front of me but I was asked if I needed help without much delay, and eventually a gentleman assisted. He test printed it, showed it to me and told me I got it right, and had the template printed on a higher-weight paper. I still am impressive with how he knew what paper to use for my purpose and what he chose for me was exactly what I needed. I looked around while waiting for the print and saw photocopiers with a desktop computer along one wall, and there was what looked like a shipping counter, with packing materials, cards, miscellaneous stationery in between. And honestly, I was taken with the vintage charm and hope they stay open for many more years (I hear they've been around for about 20). read more

This is the same business as the old Parcel Post Plus in the same location for many years, they have simply rebranded as Nott Street Office. (For some reason when I updated this Yelp just marked the old location closed without carrying the old reviews over, so I'm starting this as a new review.) It's a locally-owned independent shipping place, much akin to the Fedex-Kinko's or UPS Store type place. They have shipping services for Fedex, UPS, DHL, and I think will take your US mail as well. They do not have extended production services ala the Fedex-Kinko's model, but do have some basic help with graphical stuff available on top of the usual photocopying and packaging/mailing/faxing services. Copies 8 cents a page for B/W, color copies available, including several self-service bits. The premises are still in need of renovation - sort of beat up inside, and it's in the very old-school original commercial strip on Nott that's been there for many decades - and it has previously had some strangely distracting odors, although it seems to be a bit better-smelling of late. I would rate them as below the level of service and price of the average chain competitor in this line of services, but it's all about location and if the location is convenient for you, why, there's your photocopier or place to drop off a package. Big caveat here about parking: the spaces are pull-in directly from Nott street, on the northern side. Backing out even under the best of circumstances here is hazardous. If you have extended business or are coming during rush hour, it may almost be better to park on the street on the side street and walk the 100 feet or so to the store than to risk a collision at the accident-heavy stretch near Nott and Balltown. read more

This place was awful. I ran in to simply drop off a return package that already had the label on it all they had to do was take it from me but they were all talking politics and gossip. It was very unsettling. They were all older adults as well not something I would ever have expected from them maybe a inexperienced teenager but seriously having worked customer service for 20+ years I was baffled by their behavior. The lady that did help me was very kind and seemed to be the one doing all the work. She had confided that she was from a different location filling in. I told her I felt sorry for her but thanked her for her help. It felt like a hostile environment. read more

I shipped a package with them via UPS on December 24, 2020 and I regret it very much. I should have gone to UPS myself or paid for my label online and had UPS pickup from my home. It's five days later and the tracking is still showing as ready for pickup. I called the store and was told someone must have forgot to scan the package because all their packages are gone and it would stay like that until delivered. That is so unprofessional! Technically UPS never received the item because it was not scanned! The person I spoke with took my name and tracking number and has to speak with the person that handles claims. This was my first and last time shipping with them. I am a huge supporter or small businesses but this is straight incompetence and I will never patronize them again. read more

Super friendly and helpful staff, as always. They can compare all the carrier's rates to give you the best deal. Never had a problem with any packages getting to where they need to go. Everyone there is super knowledgeable and will make you leave happy and satisfied. I will continue to go back just for the excellent customer service that you can't get anywhere else. Great resource in the Coop Plaza. I have sent out hundreds of parcels with no problem-ever. They will find the cheapest or fastest common carrier. Fax service, customer use copiers, banner and design creation. Expert resume service and mass printing. BTW, they expanded to a second location by Stewart's on Union St because of customer demand. read more

Unfortunately their quality of service has seriously declined since they moved from Union Street. I had several occasions to use their services in the past few months. Every time, there were "complications" (mail improperly addressed by the staff there causing serious repercussions due to delivery delays, properly packaged fragile items arriving broken, and other incidents). I will never use the service from this Nott Street location again. :( read more

staff & owners have always been extremely helpful. I have gone in with unwrapped items in hand and they walked me through finding the cheapest package and shipping comparisons. When I made posters, they also walked me through pricing. The interior leaves a little to be desired, but honestly it reminds me that it is local, not corporate. read more

The worst part is that its not even a fast train wreck, its a slow lazy train wreck with an attitude problem depending on whos working.
