I booked two weeks in advance and clearly explained the job: a 1-bedroom flat, third floor. After notifying them the day before that the lift was out of service, I was told I could either accept two movers and "give them a tip" or wait for three. I insisted on three. They ignored me and sent only two. The movers were rude and aggressive from start to finish. When I called the office to complain, I was met with poor customer service, no empathy, and no accountability. The most shocking part was being told they wouldn't unload my belongings unless I paid cash. I felt pressured into paying because I was in a vulnerable position, and I did not feel free to leave until the payment was made. Literally held hostage!! as a woman this is scary Moving is stressful enough without feeling intimidated over your own belongings. The guys who came to do the moving were nice, lovely, attentive, polite. As soon as I pointed out some of the things were fragile, they told me: "We treat everything as fragile" and that's true! Not everything was packed properly by me but it all arrived perfectly intact. They took exactly the time I thought to load/unload, they showed to me how everything was secured in the van, then I went on the van with them to the new destination. They even wanted to place the boxes in separate areas in my new flat! No need really, it's a studio flat... All they asked for afterwards was to quickly wash their hands, I even offered them a drink (it was bloody hot and still they didn't sweat a bit!) but they kindly refused, off to the next job. Also, they asked me to go and check the van before they left, to make sure they haven't left/stolen anything. I would've paid even double for such a service!

They have a simple and convenient online booking system where you can view available timeslots and book an appointment. They sent me a confirmation a day in advance and responded to my emails quickly. They charge a £40 flat fee for a single move (point A to point B) on weekdays, and a £50 flat fee for weekends. You don't pay them until everything is finished. Seems they cover any area with a London postcode. Our driver Leonardo was efficient, professional, and not at all dodgy. And even the cab of the van smelled nice! Would definitely use them again.

That's not a refund -- it's theft with extra steps. Their terms are misleading and feel deliberately designed to trick people into parting with money they have no intention of giving back. We booked a full-service move (packing, loading, unpacking) over two days…read more The company significantly underestimated our needs during a video quote, providing a truck suited for 1,000 sq ft instead of the required 1,300 sq ft. This misjudgment led to insufficient manpower and space, causing delays and the need for an additional van. Initially, they attempted to deny responsibility, claiming we hadn't requested to move certain small items, despite prior confirmation. While they eventually waived the extra van fee, they charged us for two parking fines, which felt unjust given their planning errors. We also had some problem with our belongings: shoe cabinet broken during moving out, wall damaged etc. With all the issues, the moving was delayed and took longer than expected, so the unpacking was not completed as promised (not even started actually !). The moving crew (quite professional though) acknowledged those issues, and told us to make claims for: -the unpacking that could not be done (too late for the crew) -the shoe cabinet broken during moving out (almost 200£ bought less than 2y ago) -the damaged wall (damaged by the shoe cabinet falling) and other wall damages (300£ total - an invoice from the landlord was provided). -the armrest of our sofa that was removed, but could not be reassembled in the new apartment (and now we are stuck with a 4k£ sofa with only one armrest instead of 2). We did the claim for everything, and after telling us that none of the damages were covered by the terms of the contact (that you should definitely pay attention to), they generously offered us 47£ for reparation, and then stopped replying. The experience was really bad. Only 2/3 of the job has been done, server am items were damaged. The cherry on top was customer service offering a laughable compensation, even though the moving crew acknowledged all the issues.
