Disgusting Attitude from most of the drivers, 36 buses never seem to turn up at night. I was waiting for the 22:15 bus which never turned up, I then asked the 35 if it was possible if he could radio their controllers to see where it was and the driver on the 35 refused. I don't know why I've paid £570 for the year for terrible customer service. read more

great bus service, the buses i use are either early or on time, never usually late some bus drivers can be a bit mardy but overall, they are very friendly and are always happy to answer any questions you may have the only problem really is noisy passengers who play music too loud or feel they have the run of the bus so to speak and mess about as much as they feel the bus service overall though is generally good read more

Miserable unhelpful bus drivers. mostly rude and like to drive off. Its rare if they are on time. getting more exspensive. no more than 2 pushchairs on at a time. If possibly i would reccommend travelling by Trent Barton as they seem to have been trained in customer service and manners! read more

Nottingham has a great bus service which offers links to mst part of the city. The ticket prices are competitive and the buses are modern. The bus drivers are friendly on the whole and services usually run on time. read more

never on time. 80% of bus drivers are passive aggressive. have no backbone to kick off rude passengers and get so frustrated about it they treat normal passengers awfully. the automatic timetable is always wrong. and bus drivers are not considerate to the fact that there is only 1 bus travelling on certain routes. instead of being helpful they close the doors and shrug their shoulders .. VERY irritating when the bus drivers are so late they just drive past totally disregarding the fact you've waited and another most likely won't be for 15 minutes (if there on time) also please request more staff to work in winter the buses are so terrible in winter I can't even start to begin. Disgusting transportation service, primarily used because it's essentially the only service inside the city otherwise I'm sure customers would opt for a different business. Some drivers are okay however the vast majority are rude, classic egocentric men who believe they have a right to treat people with disrespect and carry on their shift. Many drivers wait at stops for ages to chat with other drivers keeping the passengers on a much longer trip than necessary. Unfortunately I had an incredibly horrible experience where a bus driver stepped out to wait at a stop as, as many often do for a fag or phone call, and as I stepped on the doors crushed me and trapped me between them. The bus driver was not concerned for my health but instead berated me for stepping on. After starring at me for a while he decided to open the doors and have a further go at me in front of the other waiting passengers. I was disgusted and physically hurt after this encounter and left a review on their website. Unfortunately the rudeness does not stop at the drivers. The insurance team for NCTX replied stating they were looking into the incident and then sent me a letter which twisted facts from the cctv and essentially glorified all of the drivers actions and attacked all of mine stating I was in the wrong even by getting crushed by their doors. They even went as far as to end the letter by stating they were confused why I boarded the bus when there was no driver and made me out to be an idiot. They feigned ignorance in knowing that bus drivers frequently step off the bus while passengers board, especially at that particular stop. Overall the business is clearly employed by poorly skilled individuals who only work because it's the only job they can hold and clearly don't want it. I am currently looking into legal action against them for endangering my health and if you have had a bad experience with this business I urge you to leave a review on multiple websites so that people can realize how awful their customer service really is. Moved to nottingham for the cheap travel fares; sadly this ended in tragedy. Taking my severely disabled little boy to his hospital appointment the bus had to emergency brake due to the driver not concentrating. my sons chair went over and he got bruised and I flew thru the air and wedge solid accross another mother's pushchair. The bus driver never helped. after been pulled from the other buggy and in so much pain i laid on the floor for 5 mins as i couldnt feel my legs and back - then fear took over that the driver was about to drive off - I stumbled off the bus and collapsed on the pavement with my son. Sadly when we buy a bus ticket it is also a contract that should an accident happen we have by buying the ticket agreed that should an accident happen it was our risk to board the bus! I had cracked ribs, whiplash, head injury that hasnt quite gone 9 months on and internal injuries. Been a single mother and carer this was impossible to continue life and care. When you board with a buggy you are very vulnerable as your main concern is your child's safety, so you stand with them - especially if they need you; bus company says we should abandon our kids and sit in seats well away from them....... read more
